Enjoyable atmosphere and great service. The food was yummy and you can get pizza by the slice.
Found out of this place from a co-worker,when I saw how big the slice and how it tasted. I had to Google the place and read the owner is from NY. I went to get two slices and was able to meet him. I thanked him for being a piece y home to Georgia. I have tried other "NY style pizza" and they did not have the taste that Mama's Pizza has. OMG, they also have Sicilian pie, which I haven't had it seen I moved out of NY. EVERYONE needs to go eat there,you will not be disappointed ????
Just moved down from Chicago and trying different places out. Of course I'm partial to deep dish/stuffed pizza and Nancy's gets me close enough. But I do enjoy NY style from time to time and Mamas was really good and decent prices!My only wish was they had a family size but will definitely be back!

I work near here and have eaten here in person on several occasions as well as eaten catering from here at our company many times. The pizza is just ok not super flavorful sauce is lackluster overall the whole food experience is just meh. As someone who loves pizza you can do a lot better than this place.
Pizza was yummy. Great customer service.However, need more toppings. The ratio of topping to dough is off. I was searching for the toppings in some bites.. Need to enjoy each bite that includes the topping, especially if I pay additional to add a topping. Don't be stingy with the toppings pizza shops. Jetts pizza does a good job of ensuring the coverage is there.
I'm from New York so I appreciate good NY style pizza. When I moved to Alpharetta in 2008 and passed this place in its old location I said I need to try it and SO GLAD I DID!!!!!!! I have tried the other pizza places in the area and NONE of them come close to Mama's. My father recently moved here after living in the same apartment in Queens for 41 years, I told him Dad you can get NY style pizza here and after our first visit he agreed. LOL He has moved to a senior apartment complex in Kennesaw, he called me yesterday and asked son can you bring over two pizzas tomorrow we are having a party and I've been telling everybody how good the pizza is. So guess what I'm doing today?
Absolutely love the vibe. It looks small from the outside, but it's a very decent size with a small bar. Perhaps, it can fit about 4 people. Absolutely love how light and airy the Sicilian crust taste. Didn't taste so greasy and I enjoyed that. The cheese was Soo good too. Would 100% go back.
by far the best tasting pizza in georgia that almost taste like new york style pizza. it's worth my 30 minute drive to purchase this then local chain shops. hope they get to expand soon.
