Superb quality sushi! We were a little apprehensive considering it is a conveyor belt style… but we were very pleasantly surprised. My wife and I ended up have 13 plates ? will definitely be our go to for sushi in the areaEdit 7/29: visited again and it lived up to our expectations. Love this place. Their shrimp tempura rolls are amazing
Before eating at Koi Kaiden Sushi I was not a sushi fan. The food here is delicious and the presentation is fun. There is a list at the table that pictures and clearly describes what is on the plates. The price coincides with the colors of the plates and is quite reasonable. I can’t wait to eat there again ?.
This is my boyfriend and my favorite new place! We made a stop here for lunch and love the variety of sushi you can help yourself off the conveyers belt. There are some meal you would have to order with the server but it’s a fast serve too. Looking forward to come back here again!
Love the sushi conveying delivery system. Great sushi with wide variety of menu items. The prices were reasonable for the choices offered. The soy sauce seemed watered down. The pickled ginger had seen better times. Beverage service was quick and the place appeared clean.
This was the first time ever experiencing a conveyor belt sushi bar, what an enjoyable experience. My 7-year-old daughter and I went and had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend it.
Sushi was mediocre at best; the same quality of food can be found at your local grocery store. As for customer service, the older gentleman helping my family was helpful, but customer service was otherwise nonexistent. Waiters had AirPods in and aren’t even listening to your order, needing you to repeat it 3-4 times over. They moved and acted with no purpose or desire to work. Take your loved ones elsewhere if you seek a friendly environment and quality food.
Great sushi for the price! However since opening the place has went down tremendously. The floors look like they haven’t been swept in a long time. They are extremely stingy with containers for the different Sushi‘s (they will put a California roll in a shrimp tempura roll in the same container, talk about cross-contamination).Very very stingy on any extra sauces. The customer service is almost deplorable. And the workers look very scruffy (athletic pants, dirty shirt, rude over the phone, and rushing in person). When this place first opened it was beautiful and well run. Not anymore.
I love this place. The sushi is great and it is fun to pick your sushi off the conveyor belt. Can't wait to bring my kids here, I think they will love the experience.
Have eaten here many times and have so far found the food very good for the price and the staff friendly. Like so many places during the recent trying times they struggled with staffing, but still managed to provide a quality product. As we are slowly recovering their service has improved dramatically and food quality has remained at the high standards they set when they opened. It's not a fancy tablecloth place, just good sushi. Watching the chefs at work is part of its charm.
I am not a big fan of Sushi, but since wifey tried it with her friends and was having a craving to come here again. We came as a family and gave it a shot. Me, my kids and wifey of course loved the place. Food quality, taste, service, cleanliness everything was good. It could be crowded over weekends but then any good restaurant is busy on weekends. Since we tried it on Monday, it was a very good experience for us. We ate like 25 plates all together (you can see the pic of empty plates in my review clicks) ?. Will definitely come here again.
