Had a great experience at Kimchi Red! Service was fabulous and the food was on fire.A solid gem in the area for sure.
I love this place!I'm really glad that I gave this place a try.Staff was very passionate and explained a lot of to me since it was my first time. Food was amazing in general.I ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice, Bulgogi, and Chicken wings.-The fried rice was the best of the three! So flavorful and the kimchi taste was perfect. I don't even like spicy food and I couldn't pass this off! They top the fried rice with an egg, a very nice addition. Really recommend this dish. Even after refridgerated and reheated, it was still really good.- The bulgogi with rice and vermincelli noodles was okay too. Everything was well-cooked and the meat has the kimchi taste to it. But this one is not as flavorful as the fried rice.- Chicken wings were fried and very crunchy. Will have to come back to try the other wings with sauce.- Overall, service was great. Was told it was going to take 22minutes but it only took about 10mins! Portion is plenty for me. Price is fair too. Only the wings are a little pricy but other than that, we had a great experience!
This was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. This is a quick counter service style with a small dining room, but you will leave feeling like you’ve had a gourmet meal. The food was amazing and plentiful. We shared two dishes between us. It was plenty for two adults and a teenager. The staff was some of the friendliest we have ever encountered anywhere. We are very new to Korean food. The plates would be too much for most individuals and the Fried Chicken is definitely made to share. We tried several of the Korean beverages that are all canned or bottled. The owner, knowing we were new to this, came out and helped us cut up the chicken. He even gave us some other dishes to try on the house. It was a great and fun dining experience.These are friendly welcoming people that are making great delicious food. I highly recommend this place.
The service here was very kind and they were very generous with their servings. I thouroghly enjoyed the food and the spice was enough to make my eyes water. The chicken here was Goliath sized and well prepared. We plan to return at this establishment. ? 10/10
First time here, the menu is very impressive.I went with the Japchae plate, and Soyuja (owner) said he will make fresh japchae for me. I have really good timing! LolThe owners are so kind and welcoming!They fried up a chicken leg just for me and another customer to try!SO GOODThe breading is light and crispy! And the chicken is so juicy!!The japchae is perfectly seasoned and the flavor with sesame oil. Chefs kiss
The owners are the kindest people you will ever meet - the store just opened but they make sure everyone is satisfied with their food. The bulgogi plate is to die for; all of the kimchi red plates are fantastic. Kimchi red is a must eat at!!
Oh. my. GOODNESS ? I just tried Kimchi Red's K-Wings and Spicy Jeonju Chicken (a new menu item). I can say, in all honesty, that JUICIER chicken has never touched my lips. The flavors that filled my mouth were absolutely delectable. The owners are the nicest people I have ever met, which only added to my unforgettable dining experience. Come try this family-owned Korean restaurant. You won't regret it!!!
A warm, welcoming atmosphere with phenomenal, authentic Korean food at a reasonable price. I swing by regularly on the way home from work, and they never fail to make me feel at home. As for the food, after trying out almost their entire menu (there's a few fried chicken flavors I haven't tried yet), I can confidently say that every single item is delicious and you can't go wrong.
Came in with some friends on a whim the other day due to the great reviews. The near 5 stars is clearly hard earned. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Great selection of beverages as well. The food was clearly made with love, and the staff were so sweet the entire time we were there.Can't wait to come back!
The tacos here were really good! The chicken was also really good, not too salty and very juicy. The owners were very kind and checked up on us often. I’d really recommend coming here :) If anyone wants something light to eat, this is the place!
