Stumbled across this location by accident and I'm happy I did. I haven't had Kilwins since they closed the one in Atlantic Station years ago! Although they haven't brought back my cinnamon swirl ice cream I was satisfied with my cookies and cream! Will definitely return
Kilwin's has an extensive selection of tasty treats with chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and more. Everything looks very tempting. The Sea Salt Caramel Fudge got a rave review from a teenager. I, however, was disappointed upon learning they had just run out of milk and couldn't make a requested milkshake. Seems that a jug of milk wouldn't be hard to stock or restock.
Good selection of Icecream, Fudge, Truffles, caramel and chocolate. Amazing taste and great quality. We tried no sweet added cookies and it was so good. Friendly staff and great customer service. This place is very clean and organized. A great experience.
The ice cream was pretty good but the great thing was the employee's. They were super nice and gave us some advice that saved our 4th of July. Instead of going to the park they recommended that we go to a local parking garage. It had a better view and when a downpour of rain started it had much more shelter. Instead of being soaking wet we were comfy in our car. The employee's make it 5 star worthy.
The ice cream shop has long lines but moves customers along quickly. There are many flavors to choose from and ice cream was good quality and very tasty! Store has a fun old fashion feel as well.
Located right outside of the lawn fountain. Nicely decorated and so many flavors of ice cream, fudge, chocolate, cakes to choose from. That is what Alpharetta City life must include!
Five stars just for the smell of the shop alone! My husband and I were first time visitors. Will definitely be back!
I am very fussy about ice cream and a lot of places claim they have great ice cream, but Leopold's Really does! The line was very long but moved along quickly and they even had someone out serving cold water to help us all fight the heat of the day. I had pistachio and it was spot on! Will always take time for this place when I return to Savannah..
Nothing but great things to say about this Kilwins location! The staff is always friendly and of course you can't go wrong with designer ice cream and an overabundance of chocolatey goodness!
I just love Kilwins but because of this location and the friendly staff and clean store. I always come here with my kids and am always greeted with a smile and love the chocolate fudge and ice cream!!! The sea salt chocolate caramel fudge is my favorite. My kids and I were in Atlanta yesterday decided to have Kilwins at Atlantic station ( worst service and staff ever) the store was dirty I will never be going back there to that location. I just moved to Brookhaven so decided to try Atlantic station bc it was closer, not doing that again. It’s SO worth the drive to go to the Alpharetta city location for us ,amazing fudge , chocolate and Ice cream plus the awesome friendly staff and service !!! I rather drive further to Alpharetta over Atlantic station any day. Plus Atlantic station does not even do the fudge by the pieces only by whole.… so thanks Dylan and Joel for the friendly service today in Alpharetta as a business owner myself it’s about the quality of service as well as products. Do yourself a favor choice the Alpharetta city location over the Atlanta location at Atlantic station
