I work in the area and only have anhour break and love jimmy john’s! However the first time i came to this location, i ordered online and got a sandwich and cookie. They forgot the cookie. Now today, I ordered my sandwich online name got back to work and there were no mayo packets in there. Now i’m eating a dry turkey sandwich. I definitely will not be back to this location.
Horrible guest service including from the owner and the driver apparently that was the owner as well. Communication error and they did not handle it well. I made it on there and that was a miscommunication on their end and would not refund when I didn't even receive my food or offer anything else except to say no refund. as someone that orders from there often I will never order from them again because of the owner just being rude and not professional
I've been to many Jimmy John's across the state of Georgia and the southeastern U.S.Handsdown, Chris runs the best one I've been to date. Super clean, efficient and professional.Go visit them, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
