Ordered through the app on two different occasions, 25 minutes ahead of time, only to arrive and be told they hadn't even started on the order. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me which I have yet to get. Suboptimal experience.
What do I love most about this location? The staff and customer service was stellar!!! In this day and time, that is so rare! Facility was very clean and food was yummy. I'm picky and they catered to all the details. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because this location doesn't offer chicken salad.
Really great sandwiches. They still sliced deli meat to order and the toppings were plentiful and fresh. The Rosemary Parmasean bread is the best. Staff was very quick, friendly, and professional. Restaurant seemed very clean and well maintained.
I too was about to give up on this location. GREAT news! Went at lunchtime Thursday! There's a new kid in town! All problems corrected by a new manager setting the example and the pace!! it was perfect.
The staff is showing too much attitude. I went to order a sandwich at 8:35, the person at the cash behaved nicely, but the guy making the sandwich was saying something to me which I didn't understand. He was doing a sloppy job and looked like he was in a hurry. He didn't even add the veggies and had to be reminded by another staff. Is this how you treat the customers?
I ordered a giant sub with GF bread. Spent $20 on that one sandwich alone. I wanted it Mike’s Way, no cheese, added brown mustard and banana peppers. Got it home and the only thing on the sandwich was the meat, onion, banana peppers, mayo & mustard, and the cheese I indicated that I did NOT want. Don’t know what happened, but it tastes gross. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve had issues with this location.
Staff is always extremely rude, with an attitude and today was by far the worst. I called in to order a sub and was straight up yelled at and told NO, they were too busy. What a joke for an establishment.
Please pay your employees a fair wage, when you don’t you end up with situations like today where no one shows up to work and it takes over an hour to get a single sandwich. It’s not the employees fault, they have to deal with enough. Please pay people a fair wage and I promise you will retain employees.
I ordered during lunch but chose a different location this time. I walked in and it wasn't ready yet. No worries. Check the app. Says it's gonna take almost an hour. I asked the guy inside about the wait and he immediately took a tone with me. He informed me that it will indeed take that long.... Its a popular place. And I understand that. I respect that. I even understand that the man's probably overworked. And lunch is stressful. But I didn't take a tone when I asked, you added that yourself. That's what earns you the 1 star.
This location needs more employees. There are only two people working right now. My online order was supposed to be ready by 12:42pm. It's now 1:14pm. There are a lot of people waiting to get their orders taken and several waiting for their online orders. If I would have known it was going to take this long, I would have ordered my food an hour ago online....... I don't even see anyone handling the online orders. I feel bad for the two employees working. Help this location! Oh, and please start serving the chicken salad at this location. It's my favorite and you don't sell it at this location.
