Waffle Cone is the best! Great choices of ice cream!
The ice cream might be good but, I asked for a water cup and they gave me a bowl with no water I hope you guys take this as a Consideration going forward for better feedback.
I liked this place a lot. The staff is great. I wish they had more dairy free offerings, but from the two they had, they're both very tasty.Pro tip: Skip the line by using the QR code and doing pick-up. Enter the backdoor and grab you ice cream.

Great tasting ice cream in a good location with lots of foot traffic, plenty of shops and restaurants. There is a good variety of different flavors of ice cream to choose from and the waffle cones are very tasty too. They apparently have different promotions because I was there when the ice cream shop was giving away “free “ ice cream. Yes I said free!!! The line was a mile long and on one of the hottest days so far ?. However, people were willing to wait to get what I will call the best tasting ice cream I have had so far. Good Job Jeni’s??
One of the best ice creams I’ve had in Atlanta.They introduce new flavors every season which is definitely something to look forward to.The only downside - be prepared to stand in the line. The lines here are long!But, it definitely has the consistency you’d expect from an ice-cream place and never disappoints. If you’re new here and love ice-creams, I’d definitely recommend trying this place.
The staff there is awful. Laughed and talked about me and my kids among each other while we were there and continued to do so even after I confronted them. The manager should talk to them about customer etiquettes. I will never be going to Jeni’s Avalon mall again and will be telling all my friends and relatives in and around the area not to go there too. Shameful behaviour!!!

The aroma as soon as you hit the door you mouth starts watering. I wish they offered samples since their flavors are so unique. I will find every Jeni's in any town/city I visit. If it's anything thing like this one it will not disappoint. I had the Gooey Butter Cake, oh my god, absolutely decadent! If you're an ice cream connoisseur this place is a must.
