Not worth the price you pay. I could have gotten better at Wendy's. It actually taste like a Wendy's burger but cost 3xs the amount of a Wendy's combo. Fries taste like they had been in the refrigerator then placed back in the oven to warm them up.
They call themselves flavor town but they lack flavor. Not worth the price.
Didn’t get one of the entrees that I ordered, so that sort of set the tone for the meal. Zero ability to contact the restaurant but was able to get a refund for the missing food through Postmates who fulfilled the order. The food that *did* show up wasn’t bad except for the Cuban sandwich which was embarrassingly skimpy on meat and cheese. Not sure I’ll be trying this again based on the other negative reviews.

This place is trash. The packaging is the best. The egg rolls were soggy the filling was overcooked. The jalapeños were tasteless and the bacon undercooked. Won't eat here again.
What a huge disappointment. I was stunned at how bad it was. The packaging it arrived in was the best part of the meal. The eggrolls were terrible with horrible cheese sauce. The mac & cheese looked delicious. It's not. I was looking forward to a wonderful meal and most of it went in the garbage. Guy, please overhaul this disaster or at least take your name off so we don't expect good food.
(Would give zero stars) This is not worth it!!! I ordered the chicken sandwich and after the first bite my immediate thought was “this tastes like krystal.” Only, the reason why Krystal is successful is because they charge you what the food is actually worth!!! I paid $13 for KRYSTAL?! And $5 for a la carte fries? Maybe worth it if they had any taste. It tasted like the leftover ore-ida my mom would forget about in the oven 3 days later...My husband got the cheesy (something) burger and, the other reviewer is correct, McD’s is better. Also got the fries pickles and it was (1) too doughy (2) too SALTY (3) the actual flavor was....earthy. Like dirt almost. Meanwhile the fries had little to no flavor....Do NOT waste your money on this. I know nothing about guy fieri and have no opinion of him so this is strictly food biased ? hope this helps

Love Guy and his shows. But- the food is the opposite of flavortown. It was so incredibly bland, lack luster, and overcooked. I never knew Mac and cheese could be so disappointing or that cheese sauce could taste like water. Had better cheese at a gas station. And don’t bother with the chicken sandwich. You can get a tastier one from your local elementary school lunch lady. As for the burger… better at McDonald’s. And the egg rolls may as well have been paper towels. Anyway- still love Guy and won’t hold this against him… but this food is expensive garbage.
