Burger was overcooked, bun was stale, tomato wasn’t even a shade of red and was hard as plastic. The quality has severely degraded since I visited a couple years ago.$35 for 2 meals plus the credit card machine asks for 20% tip ???
Excellent burger cooked to perfection. The hand cut fries were amazing as well. The customer service was excellent,
I said no mustard and the line girl had the AUDACITY to scratch it off over the trash can with a knife and use the same bun? That’s disgusting this food is going right in the trash. That was so disrespectful… GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I was nice enough to not embarrass that whole restaurant for allowing her to do that in my face and still serve it to me. yeah never coming back here again…
The worst service I never seen, almost waited for 45 mins to get one fries order but didn’t get that and got to cancel the order after 45 mins even though they didn’t bother and no apologies. Worst experience !!
What a joke! I placed an order online. I showed up and could see my bun with the toppings on it just sitting there. Time and time and time again they filled everyone’s order behind mine and just left mine sitting there. It finally took me saying something before Bevis and Butthead said….oh that’s yours and filled my order. Rocket Scientist working there!
The food was prepared as requested, even the condiments were as requested. I called the store directly to place an order for take out. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger, lettuce tomato, Extra, fresh chopped onions (not fried), fried mushrooms, jalapenos, Xtra BBQ sauce on burger w/extra mayo and BBQ sauce on the side, medium soda, fries and a small cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato. My cost was $30.02, I would have actually rated 4 stars because of them being so expensive but, the customer was amazing so they earned all 5 of their stars. They do alsoHave large portions so you can have 2 meals

Just placed and got my order. Cashier nice friendly. I have no problem with the food but what i don't understand is how can everyone in the store wear mask properly and the young guy with glasses doesn't. He touches his mask while preparing food, he yells over food being cooked and fixed. He just shows poor hygiene. Yet the manager I'm not sire ignore it because their desperate and need people so they accept anything or just don't care. Not sure, but all i can think about is snot dripping from his nose on my sandwich. So i watched him like a hawk.
I made an online order, went to pick up and found the store was closed. I called the HQ and they said I would get a refund but that never happened. I also emailed them but nothing happened. Having to claim a dispute through my bank was pretty annoying. Why take orders when the store is closed? like... why? ugh this isn't really the store problem I guess but more like Five Guys' website problem....
The food is good. Extremely overpriced! It will be a long time for me to return. Better options out there.
