Wonderful dining experience. I would recommend Firebirds for anyone wishing to have a great dining experience with very delicious food, great wait staff, and warm, relaxing environment.

Our waiter was absolutely the worst! I had to ask for everything! He didn't anticipate or offer anything beforehand! The mimosa wasn't good & tasted bitter like it was made with grapefruit juice or inexpensive orange juice or cheap liquor. I had the salmon benedict & it was a bit too salty & it was served with mashed potatoes which is odd & the mashed potatoes tasted like they were left over from the previous day & doctored. I frequent this restaurant often & was shocked by my experience today which was not enjoyable. Definitely wasn't worth the money.
The ambience was nice. The hostess and server were good. The meal was a hit or miss. Not all of us had the best meals. My steak and my friendâs steak were hard. It was well done when we asked for medium well. The ribs had less meat than usual. However, my friends had chicken and salad. They said their food was good. The Philly cheesesteaks were delicious! The drinks were weak.

Avante was our host. She was excellent. Meredith welcomed us at reception and secured our table. This was a great experience.
Went to lunch with a friend for a belated birthday celebration. Food was absolutely delicious! Waitress was very sweet/hospitable and definitely needs a raise for all of her hard work! The waitress did an outstanding job with serving my friend and I and was great with checking in on us to see if we needed any refills on refreshments. Absolutely wonderful waitress and delicious food and excellent service! Will definitely be coming to visit again!
We have had the pleasure to enjoy a meal at Firebirds many times. However yesterday was not a good experience. The restaurant was very dark (shades all pulled down), the tables were wet (I guess the good thing is that it indicates that they have been wiped down), the food was mediocre, no lunch specials, and the server did maybe not have a good day.
Sunday 4:56pk Hosted greeted with a beautiful smile and dress very well. We had a reservation and upon arriving seated us immediately.
