Excellent bagels n coffee but I won’t return after the friendly lady preparing the items behind the counter screamed at me from across the room for attempting to use the ice machine that was malfunctioning but nobody had bothered to put a sign on it indicating as such. Been coming to this location for about two years now but guess I will find my new bagel joint. Not spending my money at a place that screams at their customers. No thanks and adiós!
I have been going to Einstein Bros. Bagels for their outstanding bagels n coffee since about 1999. I have been going to my local on Windward Pkwy in Alpharetta, GA for about two years now but I don’t think I will return after the friendly lady preparing the items behind the counter screamed at me from across the room for attempting to use the ice machine that was malfunctioning but nobody had bothered to put a sign on it indicating as such. The cashoer also yelled at a customer who inadvertently got in the wrong place in line. This is not the first time I have seen this toxic behavior there. After today’s incident, I recalled hearing this same woman speak loudly, aggressively, and rudely to customers in the past. I always thought it might be because they are busy and short staffed. But now I realize it is her toxic peronality that accounts for this consistently observed behavior. She should look into a career where she doesn’t have to deal with the public or perhaps a job down at the tag office or tax assessor’s office where being rude and heinous is expected! I work in a busy dental office. If one of our staff gave even 20% of that level of rudeness and aggression to a patient, they would be escorted out of the building. I will not be spending my money at a place that screams at their customers. I will find a locally owned, non-franchised bagelry where maybe they prioritize customer service more than Einstein Bros. $5.80 for two bagels. Just two bagels. No slice, no butter, no toast, no cream cheese, no nothing... That's nuts.UPDATE - maybe if the price was a little more reasonable you wouldn't have to have a rewards program. I'm not sure how you think that buying dozens of bagels at $2.89 each just to earn a free one seems like a reasonable business solution to you. I can get three bagels at Ingles for two bucks and they are twice the size of yours. Just saying...
We were visiting to Atlanta from Raleigh.We heard good things about this bagels place and we went to try it out.We had a very bad experience at this place will not recommend this place anymore to anyone.Very bad customer service and rude to customer and they messed up order. when we asked about the missing bagel in half dozen bagel and protein pack order they are least bothered to respond to us and charged us more ?

Most delicious SEC bagels I've had in the south. So yummy and picking up was a breeze. Definitely my new spot for breakfast.
Ordered curbside through the app. When I showed up I had to go inside to grab it because there was no way to alert them I was there. Half my order was also canceled because they were sold out. I drove from woodstock to alpharetta as a surprise for my boyfriend so it extra sucked.
I love the bagels, I love the coffee, but the staff does not wear masks as it says in the Google maps listing. Staff wears masks at stores that do not make food like Home Depot. Staff should not be breathing on my food during COVID!! Also in recent years the staff has not been customer service oriented. Perhaps the management changed. It's more like they have fun with each other. They did greet a regular customer very warmly when I was there, however. I used to live nearby. Now I come here specifically for the bagels when I am in town.
I love coming by here to grab a chorizo sunrize or a bacon, egg, tomato & avocado bagel. It's always made fresh and I will continue stopping by and enjoying these delicious bagels and wonderful customer service. Great coffee too.
This location has the slowest personnel of any bagel shop I've ever frequented. A simple order repeatedly takes much longer than you would think it would. Only order food here if you have time to wait.
