Fantastic food for breakfast and lunch!

Boy, have we eaten in some great breakfast places over the years, but this certainly isn't one of them. Being regular devotes of the Egg Harbor on Peachtree Parkway, where the service is always good and food outstanding, following a hospital appointment this place hove into view so rather then take the trip to John's Creek, we deicided to 'eat local'. Everhything srom start o finish was awful. Tried to order Acocado toast and . 'Avocados haven't come in yet'. So that ruled out the second choice of a Bacado omelette. Settled in the end for a Traditional Breakfast which was acceptable, and a Springtime Quiche which was not. Much less than a quarter of a round quiche, how that could be enough to get a morning's work done I cannot imagine? And the price for what I rceived was crazy. Coffee came and it must have been made 2 hours before as it was stone cold. More was made and 15 minutes later arrived, warm and good. Another 5 minutes before food arrived. No coffee top up was offerd as the server just seemed to disappear. Maybe she was as fed up as we were. Not an experience to be repeated at this branch.

We used to love Egg Harbor, but the restaurant on North Point has sadly made us rethink where we get breakfast/brunch. Our last experience was not good. A lovely woman took our drink order while we waited for our waiter to appear. After a 15 minute wait I finally asked a manager to please find our server. When our food arrived it was a disappointment. The scrambled eggs with cheese came out orange and the cheese portion was a slice of cheese on top. The cheese grits used to be amazing. They had white cheese mixed throughout. This too,had a slice of cheese on top, barely melted. We asked for refills of unsweetened tea and we were told they were brewing it. Our waiter again forgot about us, so I asked the nice lady who took our drink order if she minded to check on the tea. Miraculously she brought out two to go cups. She asked if we had gotten our check, which we hadn’t. She brought it right and we paid at the table. I asked if tips were pooled and she no and asked why I was asking. I told her she deserved the tip, not our waiter. I’m sad, but we won’t be returning to this location. Johns Creek is far superior

Nice little cafe, pretty atmosphereSimple menu but delicious with a twistHappy we found the restaurant while traveling for work

Fast service even tho it was a busy Sunday morning! We came in at 11:35 and we were seated at 12:10. Delicious as always!! So happy this opened in Alpharetta since it’s closer than heading to Duluth for me.

A great choice! I always leave very satisfied with both food and service. The menu keeps me coming back to try more enticing dishes.

good food,atmosphere and service

The food and waitress was outstanding. A delicious breakfast with great customer service, what a way to start your morning

Food was amazing!! Service was great!

Good menu. This place was really busy on a Saturday at 11 but we were able to walk in & get a table. My hubby liked the fried chicken biscuit & cheese grits. I had a Cal. club, which was pretty boring...nothing that you couldn't make at home. It was supposed to have avocado but it didn't. Oh well.
