Being from New England (New England runs on Dunkin ?) I just love my morning DD! Normally, I stop at a DD near my house but this morning I was running late so stopped to this DD at 6020 Atlanta Hwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004. In full disclosure, I have stopped here in the evening several times and never had any issues, save some very cold and burnt bacon last week. However, this morning I placed the same order I always place in the morning at DD (1 Lg hot coffee, 2 egg and cheese wraps, snacking’ bacon, and 1 chocolate glazed munchkin/donut hole.) The young man over the intercom insisted he could not sell me a donut hole and I would need to purchase at least 5. I told him I only wanted 1 and not 5 and asked him to convene with his manager about how to accommodate this request. The manager was waiting for me at the window and he conveyed to me what a big favor it was to me that he was doing, and that because he couldn’t sell just one that he was going to give me the one out of the goodness of his heart, but “just this one time,” so as to make it clear to me that I should not make this request again. His tone was patronizing. I thanked him but also shared that there could have been a less patronizing and appropriate way to accommodate my request (I didn’t say this but…sell me a tiny donut. The system can be overrided by a manager easily to allow for such things.) He then stepped away from the window, continuing to look at me, talking out of the side of his mouth to a couple young employees who were also staring at me snickering. The gentleman, when asked if he was the owner said no and, identified himself as the manager. The young lady who rang up my card was genuinely a very courteous person. I have never had so much trouble trying to purchase a donut, smh.
My daughter and I come here very frequently. Our favorite employee is the older gentleman because he always repeats the order back to you to double check that it's right AND he is always smiling! The inside is very clean and so far, hasn't been overwhelmingly busy inside. The food is fresh tasting and delicious.
I've been visiting this location for a few years now and the Custer Service is still excellent and the food is even better. Their Avocado Toast is delicious and their chocolate covered donuts are always Great! Keep up the good work!
Hard to convey your order over the drive thru mic so had to get the app and place ahead of time
Fantastic new addition to the town! It is great to have Dunkin and Baskin at the same place. Staff is fantastic, location is fantastic and the layout with tables and sears is fantastic!
I go here every morning and my iced coffee is FLAWLESS. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The consistency that this place has is unreal. Favorite Dunkin’ for sure!
Ordered 5 dozen donuts and was able to get in and out quickly. The kids loved the donuts and the employee's were very welcoming and nice. Great job!
Fast service, when they can. Order ahead if you can and pick up in store as the drive thru is usually backed up. Pretty standard Dunkin
They had employees sign an illegal document saying they will be fired for discussing their wages. The manager, Joey, claimed and lied that it's completely legal to do so, even after being shown screenshots of the government page saying it's illegal. He also claimed/lied that's for unionized employees. The same government website said it's for everyone, not just unionized employees.I reported them to NLRB with the document and screenshots of the conversation. The lady was super nice and got all the info from me. I received an update from her saying that Dunkin claimed it was an accident. Yeah, right... At least they took it down and can't force people to sign it, nor can they actually fire people for it.
Friendly fast service. The food was hot and delicious.
