The past 4/5 times I’ve come to this location the guy gets my latte order wrong. Every time I order the iced specialty latte they get it confused with an iced coffee. Every single time. No idea why Bc I clearly state 2/3 times it’s an iced specialty latte and then they give me an iced coffee. Will not return. Waste of money
I just wanted to get a box for work I walk in place my order on the kiosk as directed, but as I watched customer after customer get their orders that came in after I had I stood in line and they made my order infront of me. They also didn't have one of the items I ordered and rudely prompted me to pick a different type.... do not order from the kiosk if you choose to go here. I will not be returning to this location. The 2 stars are because the doughnuts were good, but the experience was far from acceptable!
Sent my husband this morning with quite a simple order, vanilla latte made with coconut milk, a sausage and egg bagel, and hash browns. They gave him some kind of weird drink half filled with foam, and there was cheese all over the bagel, in a way where it couldn’t just be picked off. I can’t eat dairy and had him specify this. Hash browns were scattered all over the bag. Just seems trashy and like they don’t care at all about customer service.
Stale donuts even 7:45am ???? Why I thought they bake donuts every morning. Long wait people come in after me getting things before I get mine. Coffee is hot and good.
i’ve been to several dunkin locations and this one is by far the worst. horrible customer service, extremely slow, and the staff rarely gets the orders correct. the staff is constantly asking drive-thru customers to wait and has very poor manners (one was dropping f bombs in front of several customers). any other dunkin location is better than this one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. if i could rate 0 stars, I 100% would!
Worst drive-thru experience I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. When we pulled up, there were two cars in line (one at the window and one ordering). We sat waiting for our wake-up wraps for over 15 mins. I would not waste my time coming here again - go to the one on Medlock! So much better and quicker!
I had very worst experience today. When I went to this store today around 7:30 PM there were couple of customers ahead of me. I was waiting for 8 minutes and during my turn, store employee made me to wait for there and started servicing Drive Thru Customer. I asked him why he is making me wait for more time, he simply asked me to go out. He is a Indian origin and also talking in Indian Language. I really disappointed the way Dunkin treat the customer. Please do not visit here
Very clean environment. They recently renovated interior. Staffs are friendly and professional. One of the better DD around this area.
Not all Dunkin Donuts are created equal... this one in State Bridge is consistent. Coffee always piping hot and sides are prepared well. When the pumpkin donuts are available they are on point. ;)Not always the case at other locations. I don't know if a different recipe is used or if it's just the baker... anyway...I make it a point to go to this location.. especially if I'm getting anything additional with my coffee.
First time I went they burned my biscuit to hell. Horrible.Second time I went I got a dozen donuts. Every single one was stale.Third time I went, I found a plastic wrap or some kind of tissue in my wrap.No more chances this place is absolute garbage.
