Just ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. One of the two didn’t taste fresh and was supposed to have chicken- no chicken was in the pizza. Call the store three (3) times; each time, they hung up.
Worst in store customer service. Just because of they don’t have enough employees they try to threaten customers and get anger out on customers. They are ONLY good at NOT making order right and making customers mad. They don’t deserve even a one star!
I don't like writing negative reviews but 3 strikes and you're out. I went into this Dominos location at 10:20 and tried to order 2 pizzas and they told me they were just closing up. They advertise their Friday closing time as 1am. On 2 previous occasions (within the last couple months) I ran into the same issue - i.e. walked in well before their posted closing time, tried to order and was told they were closing up. I assume this is a franchise owned location so maybe the owner will see negative reviews and try to get the employees to start following posted hours.
I pay money don’t get food nobody ever shows up. I thought u usually pay money, then because you paid that money they deliver the food but I guess not with this pizza spot. Is this some sorta donation foundation?
Place used to be great. but it's went far down hill. too bad none of the management ever does anything for the good of the store, it's crazy how low it has went. what a shame.
Pizza is good for the price and it's usually pretty fast. Also if you order online you can usually find some good deals on the food.
Horrible experience. Told me they didn't have my order, when I had confirmation that it was ordered and ready. Then they couldn't find my entire order. Waited in store over 20 minutes and manager refused to give me general managers phone number. Never again
They don't deliver and will get your order wrong. We ended up ordering flat bread and they had none of the pizzas flat bread on top of that they didn't offer a refund and made us pay even after messing up the order and spending 30+ min to deliver before calling to say rhey didn't have a driver. Poor service and bad management.
Every time I have ordered from this location they have messed my order up for the last six years in a row. That’s with ordering the same thing for the last six years at a minimum twice a month. I have emailed corporate as well as my counterpart and I’ve not heard back. Don’t understand how such a simple process of creating a pizza can be incorrect so many times. It literally tells you on the label what was ordered and how to make it…..
Ownership is a joke at this location. They’ve only had one delivery driver on duty for months, which causes there to always be a 45-75 minute wait to get your pizza AFTER it’s already been cooked, resulting in the pizza looking and tasting like cardboard. Carry out is the only choice to have somewhat fresh pizza until ownership makes it a priority to hire more drivers.
