I would give this place zero stars if I could. We ordered a pizza last week. Paid for a large, paid for delivery, and tipped the driver handsomely. We asked for the pizza to be handed to us. The driver just left it on the ground at our door, which any bug could’ve gotten into it, he also took the receipt. It would’ve been great to check the order because it was all wrong! We got the wrong size pizza, all wrong toppings, and I even pulled out a hair cooked into the pizza! After we waited an hour and 15 minutes for it. Did I mention I’m pregnant?? Not cool. I tried to call the store and speak to a manager, I was put on hold for over 70 minutes. Not acceptable. I get an email for “delivery insurance” not even 3 days later I go to use it, which would’ve covered another pizza, they freaking took it away for me. Terrible! Horrible! Awful! I will be sticking with Papa John’s from now on. Do not get pizza here!

Gave a wrong pizza and not ready to accept the same, so rude disconnected the call as I was telling what's wrong with it, dont go to this place choose is different dominos outlet. Charged for chicken n there is none on it.

Placed an order at 6:30 PM. Order tracker shows quality check by Quinlan at 6:55 PM drove to the store arrived at 8:36 with the delivery driver just starting to package my order. Jennifer who claims to be the store manager stated that she would not remake my pizza because it was cold when I got there. The other manager also stated they would not remake my pizza and they have no control over the phone system that I’ve been holding for over 40 minutes. Corporate needs to do better and they will be getting a call. They will be getting emails. A manager that handles customer service like Jennifer did is absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional . Quinlan actually picked the phone up and said do you hear my phone ringing as I’m sitting there on hold on my cell phone where the website says to call if you have any questions on your order or need to order over the phone Do not Domino’s

I would have given if there was an option to select negative stars but this is the least so here it is. We ordered a large pizza and got a thin-crust which was a tad larger than medium, sandwich was also overbaked. I went back into the store to talk to an associate but he didnt respond. He was moving around as if there was no one in the store and he is not answerable to anyone of the customers. This guy was a 1000% rude and thinks that he is giving us pizzas out of his pocket for free. i will never order pizza for this particular store.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. PIZZA WAS DELIVERED SOGGY. THE DELIVERY PERSON INSISTED ON 25 % tip.I called the store and told them about the pizza being soggy. They weren’t responsive. I asked to speak to the manager. He hung up on me.I called 4 times and each time they hung up.Disgusted with Dominos. I hope they read this to know how the customers are being treated.So I gave a 10$ tip on a 48$ soggy pizza. Gee free at experience. Die was already charged for delivery

I really had bad experience with my first order in this store. I have placed my order and it delivered after 2 hours of the order placed. In between, I have called several times to this store to cancel the order or enquire about order and they never picked up my phone. Even at online I don’t have any option to cancel the order. Even delivery guy never called me to handover the order. It’s totally messed up service here. The pizza we got it is really not worthy to mention about its taste. I am not sure where to complain about my issue. So giving review here.

This review is for tonight. There was new crew there...people I did not recognize. My order was completely messed up....simple instructions as per online ordering....2 Uncut cheese pizzas with the seasoning on the crust.My order: No seasoning. Both pizzas were cut. When I asked about the issue....the people were combative...and argumentative. I thinknI would know if my pizza is cut or not...or whether it has the seasoned crust....I do not believe these people will be there, or anywhere, for long.

Placed an order for delivery 2 hrs in advance on a Monday. Never got delivered. Tried calling the store 90 min before close to follow up. Manager "Quintin" was on duty according to the website. Sat on hold for 30min to get a refund and no answer. Tried multiple times, no response. Corporate number is worthless and no help. Understand the shortage of drivers/workers but you had 2 hours to tell me it wasn't coming. Not like anyone from the store reads/cares about these reviews...but for customers reading...spend your money elsewhere.Update. Driver showed up 2+ hours late, ringing the doorbell multiple times at 12:45 in the morning. Then got upset when I told him we were asleep in bed and didn't want the food. You can't make this stuff up lol.

This is literally the WORST dominos chain I have ever encountered. I have ordered from this exact location on 4 separate occasions, and all 4 occasions they have gotten my orders ENTIRELY wrong. I am finally leaving a awful review. It’s absolutely unreal, and I’m not talking just one or 2 toppings missing or wrong, I’m talking like 70% of my orders were completely off on all 4 occasions. I am starting to wonder how they stay in business. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, and I encourage everyone to stay away from this place.

The store just canceled my order - message said to call for more information - I called and they picked up the phone and hung up. Service is pathetic - advice don’t do business here - just not worth the bother. Who wants to do business with an outfit that hangs up the phone when you call? Total lack of respect for the customer. Businesses like that deserve to go out of business. A 3.3 rating on Google - pretty much tells you all you need to know.
