Waste of money. EXTREMELY small portions, literally got ONE rib with my three meat plate lol and the sides are super small. Also paid for extra sauces and they didn’t even give me them so I’d like my $1.50 back for that.
A half rack of ribs 4 ribs REALLY!!!!!!! Beans pork and beans where did they get the potatoe salad from publix or Kroger. What a joke close this one down too!
So I placed a $70 order online. Went to pick it up and the owner asked to see my ID. Shortly afterwards, someone else walked in who also had an online order. However, he did not ask them for their ID. So, I asked for a refund. He gave me a refund but was unable to provide a receipt of it. So I said, I’ll just snap a picture of it. He proceeded to say, “you don’t trust me.” Now why would I trust you if you didn’t trust me?! To add to that, the A/C wasn’t on so the door was open, flies inside, and he was dripping sweat. Disgusting!! I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. Never again!

Some of the items in my order were either wrong or replaced with something else because they weren't available. No big deal. Stuff happens. BUT Y'ALL I am still chewing on the same piece of brisket I started eating an hour ago... and I nearly chipped a tooth on the roll that came with my order. It's seriously inedible. This is just really really bad. I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from here.

The ribs were very salty. One of the three ribs were obviously not from the same batch. It was dry and tastes like old leather. The only person in the shop had a very bad attitude, he simply did not care. Borderline rude.
I was asked for identification to pick up my online order. The guy in front of me (different race) whom also had online order was not asked. I won't eat here again because, I have to show id to get my $8 pickup order. Food was bland in my opinion also.
Went to redeem my birthday gift and the guy said he needed to see my ID and a printed copy of the email to attach the receipt to. In what world does this happen in?!? I pulled up the email and he still insisted he needed a printed copy. He looked at my ID for far longer than a cop. He advised I could come back tomorrow with a printed copy. I left with no sandwich. No one else was in the store. Rude and unprofessional. I'm sure if the gift wasn't involved he would have gladly taken my money.
