I've never been disappointed here when it come to their ice cream. Staff is always friendly.
I love this place, it’s got such a family friendly atmosphere. Whether it’s the friendly inside staff or the happy smiles in the drive thru I always have a great visit.
Repeat customers grabbing some spontaneous ice cream on a nice night out.Sharing this policy experience bc it didn't make sense and must be related to 'grab-and-go' kids. Gentleman at the window started to hand me one of our orders and I went to take it but he wouldn't let go until I handed him my card - said the 'manager requires them to do this'. Literally wouldn't let go of the Blizzard until I asked him to so I could use my other hand to transfer the card to him. It was like a novel-worthy stand-off for a minute there. Bizarre experience.I started to call the MOD over to the window but he pleaded to just let it go. Again, great product but an unexpected customer service experience.
Fabulous staff!! My son spilt his drink and one of the kind staff members helped us move to a different table and insisted on cleaning up the blue drink mess. The food is delicious and the dining room is always spotless!
Wine wrapped around the building not enough help slow waiting forever still never to get up to the window to order and the inside is still closed which is absolutely ridiculous drive-thru only
This DQ is the BEST DQ I have ever been to. Super fast drive thru. Super friendly employees. And perfectly made ice creams. Seriously you guys are incredible. Hard to find this service at a fast food restaurant anymore. Awesome!
We love our local DQ! Their blizzards are the best and they have an inexpensive lunch meal. Phillip is our favorite server and provides great customer service!
