This is a regular stop for us, usually 2 to 3 times a month and it never disappoints. This most recent time was no exception.Food was all done perfectly with smoky BBQ pork, brisket nachos, and wings. The Brunswick stew is some of the best you will have and the bananas doster (signature take on bananas foster using pudding instead of ice cream) is something you should save room for.Service was prompt and attentive and had a clean table and space. It can get busy, so going a little early or late isn't a bad idea, as parking can get tight when it gets busy...If you haven't been here yet, what are you waiting for?
Great service. They were friendly and fast. The food was so so good. I enjoy eating there.
For me the bbq sauce is a main ingredient of the BBQ experience, and I just don't like any of their sauces. And eating my ribs dry didn't cut it for me.The mac and cheese according to my teens is very good. So for us was a 1 time experience.
Barbecue for me is about two things. Meat. And smoke. Both the pork and the brisket were amazingly meaty and smoky without overwhelming. The mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. Slaw was just right. Brunswick Stew was perfect. Thank you Andrea and the rest of the team for making ‘Cue a great experience.
Really liked the food. I had a combo plate, with pork & brisket, sides were fried okra and the deviled egg potato salad, sweet tea & the apple cobbler special. My waitress was Abbie. I was greeted & seated quickly, Abbie was great, nice & quick to check & refill without hovering. The pork was really good - good flavor & moist even without sauce. Brisket was a little dry but flavor was great - I'll try it again to see, my piece had limited fat & was pretty lean. For me, what set it apart was both the meats were well salted but not salty, flavorful all the way through, not just at the surface. A lot of BBQ in the area, esp the pork, is really dry. I ate most of it sans sauce. Sauces were good, good choices & well balanced. The potato salad was a little sweet for me but fresh, well made & balanced - I'm not a sweet pickle fan , so it's really my taste not the salad. Okra was good, hand breaded and tasty. Next to the pork, the Apple Cobbler special was the best thing I had. I'm normally pretty disappointed by cobblers & pies (grandma was a damn good cook, set the bar high). This wasn't a disappointment - good solid cobbler, no canned filling, goodbalance of spice & sugar, apples fully cooked, saucy but not runny, crust was nice. I'll def be back.
OMGosh love this place. We ordered catering for a in house school for 35 guys. The delivery was amazing, fast and looked beautiful. Loved the small food tags. Cute touch. Also, the employees there are great. you can not find good workers now a days. I pre-ordered this in Jan and never had to worry about anything. Even brought ice with the tea. :) IT is the little things that make this place so freaking perfect. Thank you Cue's!
Good pulled pork and you get large portions. Love the spicy bbq sauce, could be spicier though. Wish the blackberry cobbler and jalapeno rice was on the menu more.
Cue Barbeque has a lovely vibe to it. Not sure who the live performer was tonight but he played good covers. I'm not a fan of barbeque, and mostly went because my wife loves the stuff.First off, these guys have their 4 signature sauces on every table. It's the first barbeque place that I've been to in the South that has their own house mustard barbeque.Their Fried Okra was on point, came out crisp and well fried. The Chipotle ranch it came with was a great pairing. This, like any other great barbeque place, focuses on large portions that come out fast.Be prepared to loosen your belt a bit eating here. Would definitely recommend.
I was really hungry. So I ate most of it but if I could describe the food. Cold Tasted like left overs my bbq sauce was rotting didn't eat at all smelled funny I got pretty much all the slot sides the fries were good slaw was good mac and cheese was bland collard greens bland. The tomatoes and cucumber was good but didn't look appealing. Sweet potatoes not right can't describe it processed? Never eating there again.
Food overall was pretty good, brisket was excellent and the beans were amazing. The sauces were great. The service was very fast (though I came at a slow time, your mileage may vary).
