I like cookies and although I am not new to eating Crumbl cookies, but this was my first time visiting the location. So I arrived before 5 pm and there wasn’t a line. I knew they change the kinds of cookies they offered but was trying to get an understanding of what to order and how it worked. There were ALOT of workers and no one spoke or greeted me. One person was busy working I think was the drive thru orders, but one young girl seemed hesitant to help or maybe tired not sure. I usually am a chocolate chip person but wanted to try something else. I asked for opinions and chose the Cookie Butter one which I surprisedly liked and much better then the chocolate chip. It had the perfect smooth buttery taste but not too sweet. So that is one I would recommend.My rating is based on the customer service and lack of providing it with so many workers there. I wasn’t told about the rewards system I just kind of figured it out. The self service option maybe cool for some people but I still believe in great customer service ESPECIALLY when I am spending almost $4 for a single cookie, in which I bought more than one. I said hello and said how are you to the workers not the other way around which to me is unacceptable as I have had better cookies from other places.
Ordered online. Used app to show we arrived and cookies were handed off. A lil expensive at $3 each but so worth it. Very delicious LARGE cookies. My favorite was the lemon blackberry but they were all awesome. We cut them up and had a sampling but could not try all as they are big and will fill you up. Tomorrow is another day.
Absolutely delicious and outstanding service. I love walking in the store because you are instantly hit with the smell of delicious cookies. The menu changes weekly so there is always wonderful new flavors to look forward to. I wish they would bring back the pink frosted sugar cookie, but all the other flavors are new and exciting as well.

Just made my first visit to this location. I got a 4 pack and every one of my cookies is so hard on the outside, they crunch when I bite into them. I've eaten enough Crumbl to know that isn't right. It's like these cookies were overcooked and then left under the warmer all day. Crumbl can be hit or miss with flavors, but this is the first time I've seen such discrepancy in overall quality. Super disappointed!
The best flavor, the best consistency, & best variation when it comes to cookies! I’ve gotten this for the wife & family before & there is always a flavor that they love. They bring back classics & favorites often, but there’s always something new. Just download the app & it is so easy to navigate. Great for birthdays, holidays, & just because brownie points.
The cookies were good, which is to say I don't think I'll ever be sitting around and say, "OMG, I am craving a Crumbl Cookie", but compared to store bought or god forbid Great American Cookie Company they are in a class by themselves. I have a friend who reviews them on tiktok and so I wanted to give them a try. My verdict is...I think it's a fun place to go. The cookies are huge and shareable and as I said.... They have good cookies! If you have kids or folks in from out of town it's a rather novel little enterprise if they are unfamiliar with the brand. I will likely visit again.
Never order from this company. I ordered from this company first thing this morning and the first driver didn't deliver the cookies to the place that she was supposed to. So I then called and let them know and they said they would send someone else out and give me a call. They never called back so I then had to call them back and they told us they weren't going to deliver the cookies. I couldn't understand the first driver on the phone at all. The second person I called hung on me so I had to call them back. Needless to say, I've been on the phone all day with a company who has poor customer service.

The cookies were delicious as always. However, I dropped an entire party box of cookies as soon as I walked outside. Instead of coming to help me, the teens working laughed amongst themselves. I was pretty disheartened by their response.
