Went here for lunch on a Saturday and service was not great. It wasn’t too busy, but our server was not very attentive. Had to ask twice for a straw for a kids cup, sat for almost 20 minutes with an empty drink before getting a refill, was told as the food came out that one of the sides we ordered wasn’t available, had to ask twice for dipping sauces. People around us got food first but were sat after us. Heard the server telling another table “service may get crazier” since he had been there since 6am. Food was great, but service really made me not want to come back.

We usually love to stay here because we like the location and the smaller casino but this time was a complete different story! We arrived and checked in went to our room and dropped everything off and headed out. Upon returning to our suite we tried to use the spa tub and noticed black water coming out. We drained it and tried again. The tub was full of black mold like how does someone not notice that. The second bathroom if you touched any of the walls all the power would shut off. I went to the front desk and they said they could move me rooms…..THE NEXT DAY AFTER 1pm! So one very expensive suite room where we couldn’t enjoy the part we needed after a long day in Vegas. Well the next morning at the front desk we were asked if we put something in the tub and if we were sure about the electrical. Well I showed proof! I took pictures and video. We were then told after 1 to come back and they would have us a new room. We’ll still at 3pm we didn’t have a new room. Finally got a new room around 4pm and the same thing with the spa tub. We will never spend the extra $100’s on a suite for a disgusting experience. We weren’t offered a sorry, a comp drink nothing. Just attitude!

Had a HORRIBLE experience here; I would not recommend this location to anyone for curbside pickup. On May 30, 2022 at 9:16am EST, I placed a curbside pickup order; the email confirmation said my order would be ready for pickup at 9:36am. I arrived at the location and parked in the curbside pickup spot at 9:32am; I checked in as arrived on the app/site. At 9:40am, I called inside and informed the staff I’d arrived and they said they were getting my order ready and would be out shortly. I waited 15 more minutes and called back inside, the staff then stated they were on their way outside with my order at that very moment. I waited 15 more minutes and called back inside and the staff again said they were on their way outside with my order. Again, I waited 15 more minutes but I didn’t call again, I went inside to ask for a refund. I understand the location could have been very busy or short of staff however, they could have asked me to come inside instead of repeatedly lying saying they were walking outside with my order. The staff called the manager who was working on the grill at the time and he said he would refund my money. As the staff is informing me of what the manager said, another staff said her food is here. I told them I would prefer a refund because if my food has been waiting there for over 45 minutes, it’s now cold and I was hoping for hot/warm comfort food. The staff member again said the manager would refund me when he stopped working the grill and I said thank you and left. Today is July 13, 2022 and I have yet to receive the refund.

Came here this evening with my family for dinner. Both of my children ordered a BLT and loved it! My husband had the country fried steak, which he seemed to enjoy. I had the chicken fried chicken, which was very good. It was 2 large pieces...more than I could eat. The bad thing about it was that I didn't get any of my side dishes with it. I was told that they were out of everything I chose. And neither of our plates came with the biscuits, because they were out of those too! We were there a little late, but it would have been nice if we had been told there were no sides left at the time we placed our order. Then we could have had something else.

Left standing at the unattended host stand for ten minutes, then seated with no response from the server. The best part of the trip was when I gave up and walked out. The Original Pancake House was within walking distance. Service there was spot on. Great pancakes and the server acted as though it was a pleasure to be at work. Cracker Barrel needs to take notice. While Cracker Barrel continues to remove healthy items from their menu, the Pancake House still serves turkey sausage! I am in town for a few more weeks. Now I know where to have breakfast!

Went for a birthday breakfast. Had a delicious meal that included French toast hashbrown casserole bacon and eggs. Friendly service for a very busy mothers day morning. Thank you for wonderful service with a smile. I felt bad for the many mothers there working that day

This location used to be good but no more. I've been here 4 times over the last few months. Only 1 time was it good. 1 time the service and food was bad. Twice they were having issues and we had to leave because they were not busy but very understaffed. On top of that we were treated rudely this time. It was about 8:30pm on a Saturday night and even though the restaurant was half empty and there wasn't anyone else waiting, were told unapologetically that there would be a 25 minute wait because they only had two servers. Since it was cold outside and we weren't dressed for it, I asked if we could just sit at an empty table to wait instead of standing for the whole time. I didn't mention it, but my wife is handicapped and can't stand for long periods of time. The answer was a no, so we left without any fuss, but she was really rude about it as though it such an unreasonable question. IMHO, in the unusual circumstances of having only 2 servers causing customers having to wait 25 minutes it was a reasonable question. We would have waited without complaint. In hindsight I realize she was kind of snippy from word one. We won't be back. Original Pancake House in the same shopping center is a refreshing alternative with great food and great service.

The Cracker Barrel is once again as reliable as clockwork. It doesn't matter the capacity, it doesn't matter the day, it doesn't matter the server. It's always slow service with a smile and mediocre food. The salad noticably is very sparsely topped with chicken when ordered. The cornbread is oily and the sides are always slightly above warm. Now with the bad things out of the way, Cracker Barrel has an amazing store and wide selection of southern favorites. The food is deep southern with notes of Appalachian and Carolina. So Turnip greens, Fried chicken and river fish. Breakfast fare is a soul food and farm cuisine. It's first wave so don't expect high cuisine. All said as long as you enter with tempered expectations you won't be disappointed.

Food was great. Try the southern fried chicken. Wife had the roast beef and both dishes were great! But the best part of this visit was the service. The best server I have ever seen. Kayla was super friendly, checked up on us all the time and ran her rear end off the entire time we were there. She is the true definition of superior service and service with a smile. Mgmt, give that girl a raise. She is a great brand ambassador for CB!!! If you eat at this store, sit in her section!!
