In all my years coming and ordering, nobody has really taken the time to tell me how to save some money with my order. DJ did just that. I’m rarely surprised in good ways at fast food places, but he’s awesome and gives excellent customer service. Glad this cookout exists!
Went around 4:00 in the afternoon for lunch in drive through. The young guy working the intercom and taking orders had me repeat my order three times and very rudely kept asking what?. I asked for the platter with the Grilled Chicken Club with a corn dog and onion rings. Corn dog and onion rings came out hot and good, but they gave me some sandwich with two fried chicken tenders, mayo, lettuce and tomato. I also asked for the onion ring sauce and he kept saying they didn’t have one. Finally he realized what I was asking for, but I got MAJOR attitude. When I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich, I was already 6 miles away, and I don’t have time to try and point out that they gave me the wrong sandwich. One tender was alright but lukewarm, and the other was tough and cold. So disappointed!
Horrible experienceOrdered lunch at 11:18pm and at 11:39 asked the manager how much longer it was going to take and he replied 4 minutes that they where waiting on fresh food!At 11:59 still no food and no help from the manager! Only thing he said was he could make it in 2 minutes and 6 minutes later still no food so I requested a refund and headed to CHIC FIL AHis only response was that there was new employees in the back!The lady at the front register was nice but she was the only one!I was the first order taken in dine in today and my order was number 3
NEVER AGAIN!!! I just drove here and they forgot to give me my extra quesadilla and sprite instead I got water.. now I’m home and the store is far away. Never going back here again the night shift is horrible
Some of the best shakes I have ever tasted. They are very thick and uses real fruit. I was however not impressed with the food. Hard to believe cars stay lined around the building for the food! Maybe that is why the two cars in front of me only got drinks ..... probably shakes!
For a fast food restraunt the food here is amazing!!! Don't take my word for it either go try it. I Guarantee they will have something you or the family will enjoy. Definitely will be stopping back by next trip up.
Great food and price, clean restaurant. Unfortunately, there’s no one there most of the time to take your order and you have to literally yell for them to come out. Note to manager, please install a buzzer or something so staff knows someone is waiting for service.
The COOKOUT is a BURGER joint thats alot better than ur average burger spot... The burgers are actually cooked like @ a cookout! Real Meat Patties dressed up in whatever U prefer for ur burger. The HUSHPUPPIES are hitting ( very good ) and the ONION RINGS are very good as well. And there MILKSHAKES are made fresh to ORDER.... ( MY FAVORITE is the banana pudding shake ).... I love it ... Im there like every 2 weeks...... The cheeseburger quesadilla is very good 2.
somehow this location always manages to do a miserable job at giving you the food you ordered. they also use garbage ingredients, or at least that's what they give people.mi not sure how its so hard to pour unsweet tea vs sweet or to put tomato on a burger without giving you the top piece that is 50% stem. this time they appear to have wadded my hotdog up in the bun before wadding it up in foil (not in a box as they're supposed to be served) before handing it to me. Every time I eat time here i am reminded of why i haven't eaten there for months: the remarkably bad service and quality.maybe they should up the starting wage and then hire quality employees to replace the worthless ones they have now.
Cheap but good food. The lines are always super long when I go but that's just a sign of a good business. The milkshakes are amazing, I've tried so many flavors and each one is fantastic!
