The line was pretty busy there for dinner I have no idea why, I got a bowl in with a side of mostly stale chips. They were almost completely out of proteins and the beans looked prehistoric. When I got back to the hotel to eat I could not find any sense of warmth in my food for the arduous .3 of a mile car trip. I was wondering what the 5 people in line behind me were attempting to consume on some sort of prehistoric hunt, to which a live kill would have at least yielded a warm fresh kill. Oog says steer clear. Be safe fellow hunters.

Do not mobile order. They will have you wait about 30-40 minutes after promised time during busy season. I’ll remove my review if they work on their promised time a bit. I understand you’re busy at least let us know before we order that it’ll be a 45 minute wait when we get there. About 25 People in line went through faster than a mobile order.
I do not recommend this location. I have never had a problem with chipotle until now. I came to visit family and found this location, ordered 2 hours before closing, and they had a line of 10 people waiting for their food. Even though everyone ordered online they had to wait up to 1 hour from the time their food was done via online. The employees did not say sorry and looked like they were being held against their will. Do not recommend this location.
Great food, fast service! They were extremely busy at noon, so I highly recommend doing a pickup order online if possible. I ordered online and it was ready for me when I got there, got a drink and ate in the dining room. The parking lot is very cramped and people up here apparently have forgotten how to drive…so be prepared for that as well!
This place was disgusting when I went in today. Everything was literally almost empty and crusty looking. Nothing was fresh. The salad i got tasted aweful. The chicken was old and fatty. And the toppings were so mixed with whatever was next to it on the bar it was gross. My husbands burrito had chewy dry steak in it and only had like 4 pieces of meat. Will never come to the Haynes bridge store again.
Wrong online order for pickup, which seems pretty consistent with a lot of the reviews on this place. The food tastes good, but they literally left out the 'salad' part of my salad. That's a pretty big screw up. Ironically, the other bowl in my order has lettuce added to it. You might have better luck just getting your food in person here. Not worth the risk.
Really like their bowls. This location is clean. Staff is quick and food quality is good. I’ve tried the pickup and delivery option a few times and I’m impressed by the accuracy and careful packaging of every order
Frustrating. Started going to this chipotle since the service at Windward location was consistently poor. Had pretty good experiences with online orders here up until recently.Most recently, my online mobile order was not ready at the scheduled pickup time and was not ready until 15 mins after. The store was very quiet as there were no customers dining and 1 or 2 walk-ins. 3 employees were either eating or sitting in the dining area on their phone while 5+ people were waiting on their delayed online orders. Walk-ins were taken care of immediately and out the door before online orders placed well in advance… makes no sense to give online orders such low priority and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This has been a huge Chipotle problem for over a year that somehow still hasn’t been resolved across multiple locations. Also noticed many of the tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned off in a while. This experience was surprising for a slow night in the restaurant and while they were well-staffed.
Always fast, friendly service. Is you use the app and order online your order is usually ready when you arrive, no waiting in line, just proceed to the take out shelves, locate the order with your name on it and head back out the door!
