The food is disgusting and horrible! I hate to waste money on this. Please go somewhere else! Rice is not fully cooked and is very hard smh thanks Chipotle for making my first visit horrible! I will never go back!
Shameful! It used to be my favorite fast food but the last few months it slowly but surely got worse and worse, the place is dirty!!! Slow, inefficient, and a lot of drama between the employees lead by the manager and everything infront of the customers. Only one of the employees actually cared and worked and the manager just treated him so bad. The food looks like it just sit and when I asked about it, I've been told the heater under the trays is without water so its over cooking the food. Very sad to see how this place from a big success to a big failure.
I gave this location too many opportunities. They are always missing side dishes or ingredients from their menu.Today I ordered 4 burrito bowls but I didn't get salsa and lettuce. I got some leftover corn. And they added a piece of rock in one of my burrito bowls. How nice!I will never visit this location again.
I ordered Veggie quesadilla through the website for pickup. I chose Corn Salsa, White Rice and sour cream with grilled veggies as the sides and protein.When I picked up the order, the bag said my name but when I opened it at home, the order had Josh as the name and the food wasn't what I ordered.Later, I went back to pick up the right order. They gave be a box with just quesadilla. I asked if I can get the sides as well. The guy in the counter mentioned he would make them re-make the order for me but they just brought the same box back with side of corn and guacamole.I was assuming the white rice was inside the box with the veggie quesadilla and I left. The order was just cheese quesadilla with corn salsa. This was ridiculous.With this restaurant on the windward parkway, this always happens with online orders. Either the order is delayed for like 2-3 hours or you get wrong order or you get less items from what you actually ordered. It would be great if the staff actually paid a little attention to what people are ordering.
Love going to chipotle, unfortunately staffing shortages and lack of organization and cleanliness to dine-in was a big turn-off. Bathrooms were unclean and garbage cans overflowing. Dining tables were dirty with left over food. Hopefully chipotle will take this seriously and fix the dine-in experience and maintain sanitary conditions.
It was good before but recently the service is down. The online order let me wait for more than 20 minutes and even the walk-in customers get their meals faster. I noticed that there were many online order bags prepared already but the workers didn't bring them out. The checkout person kept us waiting and serving walk-in customers. Ridiculous.
Waiting over 45 minutes for an online order. Then got it and was wrong. They were so rude.
Absolutely horrible! I worked at this location when I was in high school, and it has been quite some time but we never had the place the way I saw it last night. I don't live in the area any more so I hadn't been to this location in a while and I completely regret making my online order at this location but it happened to be the closest one to me. The place was a mess! There was food all over the counters and food lines, my order wasn't ready until after 10PM when I was told it would be ready at 9:40PM and it was cold! The worst part was that the employees were having mental breakdowns and just screaming at each other in front of customers. I get that it was late but come on have some common sense! It was just ridiculous. I called in today to try to talk to a manager to let them know how the employees were acting in front of customers and who ever I spoke to seemed to not care and said he couldn't give me a refund when I never even asked for one!! I was simply so surprised at how horrible of an experience I had had and wanted to bring it to someones attention! I wished I would have recorded it all but I didn't want to feel awkward recording but my husband did take these pictures.
The place is very dirty. All the tables and the floor have food all over them. All the drinks taste like water. The service was horrible. It was slow and they ripped the tortilla for both orders. The food came out and went everywhere. It seems like all the workers have no experience. Don’t come to this chipotle!
I could not give 5 stars - cleanliness needs improvement. Also when I visited only bowls and burritos were available- no tacos.The usual Chipotle experience- fresh juicy ingredients, fast service, outdoor seating options. With several biggies like Walmart, Home Depot near by, an ideal place if you are looking for a healthy lunch option.In serving area, tables need more cleanliness.
