We had the worst experience trying to have dinner in here tonight. The host, Malacai, told us that the wait was 30-40 minutes when we walked in and we asked to be placed on the waitlist. After 45 minutes of not receiving a text, we walked back inside to where he proceeded to tell us that he wasn’t allowed to seat anyone anymore. We asked why we didn’t receive a text and he admitted that he didn’t even take our number down. We asked to speak to the manager, to which when the host walked back from the kitchen, he said “uhhhh he’s kind of busy right now and I don’t know what to tell you”. Needless to say, we went to another location and were seated right away. If you’re looking for a Chili’s with great service, this one may miss the mark.
Our group of 6-10 ladies have always loved Chili's and we come here each month for the amazing quesadilla explosion salad. HOWEVER, today it was awful! When we complained to the manager, we were told that corporate changed the marinade. I guess our group will not return until that horrible mistake is rectified.Our server was excellent, though.
Two weeks ago my family and I visited this location and was very unsatisfied with customer service and uncleanliness of the restaurant. It took over an hour for our BURNT food to come to us. The drinking glasses were so cloudy and beyond stained, we asked for our drinks to be placed in to go cups... When the manager was asked to be seen we were told he was cooking the food in the kitchen. More can be said but I will refrain. Overall, this was a horrible experience.
Just came in to get a quick bite and out Host Amy was wonderful. She was so courteous and check back with us to make sure we were fine.We seen how hard she's working and I feel like people who work that hard definitely deserve to be acknowledged monetarily (Raise)and with notarizing so if you're ever at the Chili's in Alpharetta hopefully Amy is your host because great customer service is hard to come by these days.
The customer service was excellent but the tables were dirty and the server brought me water with something floating in it. Didn't make any fuss because I could already see what it was.Overall the food was ok. Actually the sirloin I had was pretty good compared to my previous experiences at this location. I think the issue is shortstaff and mostly kids working who don't really understand the code of Health and Sanitation.
I'm not from the area but my experience at this chili's was far from the best. The food was very bland. You couldn't even tell the steak had garlic butter. The waitress was not good at all. Had to ask for things a few times before we got what we asked for. We definitely won't go back before our trip is up.
My family and I came today to eat and it was completely empty!! They kept telling us they can’t serve a big party of 10. They are about 3 people that can serve you and they are just being lazy. We were so MAD we left saying bad things. I recommend to not go there.
Food was not up to Chillis standards we are used to. Person who sat us must of been upset we came for lunch at 3pm because she was very hostile. Our first server seemed nice but after taking order never came back to us for anything including trying to get a bill. Another nice lady who served our food basically took over our service and was so helpful. She's the reason I rate this visit a 2 not 1.
The service was good, but the food was horrible! I Got the bacon cheeseburger and it tasted like cafeteria food. My husband got the chicken Cajun pasta and it came out soupy. I thought Chilis was a safe place to go but we regretted our decision at the first bite. I only took one bite and pushed it to the side. We Won’t be going back.
Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to every thing was dirty the menus ,cups , utensils and table. I should’ve know the food was going to be nasty. Everything was cold and dry . Employees had a fight in the kitchen my family can hear them cussing each other out. I would definitely not be coming back to this location
