What an incredible experience at my first Chicken Salad Chick. I have never been to a place with such attentive employees. The food is made fresh every day and has generous portions for the cost. With a simple menu, you don't have to worry about what you order because it's all very good. Meals come with delicious butter creme cookies and a generous side. I will definitely stop again when I find other Chicken Salad Chicks.

Why has this not been a thing for a bit? Who would have known chicken salad can be a fast food? And you feel healthier eating it. They have so many options and some really interesting ones as well. The crew was nice, did not skimp me out on crackers, and provides great chicken. Try em out!

I've been to many Chicken Salad Chicks in my day, and never actually had the food (I have an unhealthy addiction to their cookies. So good. Recommend.)Today a work lunch landed me there again and I'm now wondering why I've allowed myself to go this long. Great customer service and answered all of my questions. If I'm ever on that side of town, will definitely consider stopping in again.

Dropped in for carry out lunch and the line was long, however my order was processed extremely fast. That has not always been the case, so thanks to the manager for making changes that make it a better customer experience!
We were really excited about the catering, but it was difficult to place our order (had to order twice), our order showed up late to our event, delivery did not include our whole order - driver had to go back and get the rest of our order, the food wasn’t great - mostly the bread not good, and guests are telling us they have food poisoning.
This was a great place to have a sit down lunch with my good friend. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The food was, in my opinion, just okay. Could have had a little more flavor but was very fresh. I also had the potato soup which was again just okay. The company is what made my experience grand. So if looking for a nice place to catch up with friends while eating a decent and affordable meal, this is the place for you. ?
I'm never disappointed when eating at a Chicken Salad Chick. My daughter and I ate at the location in Augusta, GA while she was attending school at Augusta State University. That was my introduction to CSC.... AWESOME!!!!! Love the Classic Carol....
