Rudest staff out of any CF I have been to.Food was not on point either…Luke warm and stale.
As a food service worker myself, I understand the difficulties and what it takes to work in food service. However, things could have been handled significantly better at this location. I ordered a grilled nugget meal and wanted to redeem the fries (receive them free) with my rewards points. Cashier seemed distracted while taking my order because she was talking to a friend at the same time (not an on-duty employee), and granted I should have asked her to repeat my order, but instead I was given a regular nugget meal and two orders of fries, both for full price. I didn’t bother addressing it because business had picked up by that point, and I could still eat it. However I strongly suggest paying more attention and picking up the pace before people who aren’t quite as understanding run into the same situations.
I will never come back here again! This is the second time I came here since the remodel of this location. The bathrooms are nasty. The food took 10 mins. The staff wasn't so friendly. I expect better from you guys. I really do.
Food is overall quality like any other chick fil a. But the staff is no where near as friendly.
North point mall Alpharetta very cool place and fast service.

It was so nice to sit inside a chick-fil-a and eat. They need to open ALL the inside dining. Extremely friendly staff.
Took a break while Christmas shopping. You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A!
