Friendly and attentive staff took great care of our company. We had a catering order that we ordered for the wrong day by accident, but the Chick-fil-A manager worked with his team to prepare our order in about 10-15 minutes. We were thrilled with their willingness and ability to meet our needs. Thanks team!
I frequent this location pretty often because it’s so close to my job and every single time the customer service so so terrible. None of the employees act like they care. It’s definitely not the usual Chick-fil-A service. They could do with hiring more friendly people.
Great food, great service. I've really never been to a Chick Fil A that didn't have such wonderful service. They are in a league of their own.
Food quality suffered the day we went. Fries were not cooked properly. Got our drink order wrong twice - wanted half sweet and half unsweetened tea. Kept getting half tea/half lemonade. The line was so bad I don't think they took the time to listen and comprehend. We just threw it and the fries away.
First. I never blame fast food workers if something is missing in a bag or my order is wrong. It happens and it’s not worth fussing over. I’m pretty chill when it comes to stuff like that. However, today I dealt with some passive aggressive attitude by either a manager or an assistant manager don’t know what he was.I found a flying ant at the bottom of my salad. I was grossed out but I didn’t get angry because it happens! So I calmly went back and told them what happened. A woman went to grab the manager and he asked what happened. I showed him the ant and he apologized and proceeded to give me a refund. Which ok cool.Once my refund was processed he then proceeded to tell me that the ant most likely did not come from their Resturant and that it must have flew into my food while I was eating it.To me that was so backhanded. I was fine up until that point. I’ve dealt with missing items so many times from this location and I just never bothered to haggle them about it. However after spending over $10 for a salad just for it to have a bug in it I had to say something.
Definitely one Big Chick Fila. We enjoyed the out side area. Everything was So Fresh. My Sandwich was super big and the chicken was cooked beautifully.

Went from a 1 star to a 5 star. Great experience today! Super fast and everyone was as nice as could be!
I was really hoping the with the re built store, the North Point location would have improved. I am sorry to say that I was yet again disappointed by the service at this location. They are so rude, act like they are doing you a favor to take your money, and they don't listen. Today, my condiments and straw for my drink was missing. I am sure glad that they are not the only location in town. I won't go back to this location again.
I had to wait for three employees to finish a personal conversation before they decided to attempt to take my order last night. It was the worst service I have received in a very long time.It was not as though they didn't see me because they moved out of the way as I pulled into the empty drive thru. Once they were done one of the employees turned around and said "Can I help you?" Under normal circumstances I probably would not have been bothered by her inappropriate greeting as an employee of Chick-fil-A but after having to wait for them to finish a personal conversation... I had completely lost my appetite.
