First time at this Cava location. Food was good but the preparers were very lean on the ingredients compared to the other Cava restaurants that I frequent. Customer service lacked, particularly around politeness and valuing you as a customer. Team leader chastized employees for letting so many bowls back up along the assembly line in front of the large amount of waiting customers. Also, very messy where the food is prepared and alot of cross food contamination.
Absolutely love this place. Food is such a culinary divinity! Have never eaten inside and only ordered pick up but their orderes have been fresh and delicious everytime.Their bowl portion is generous. The kid's size is perfect for me. Their Pita chips is a must try. The garlic dressing is goes super well with everything and so far is my favorite dip.Love their grilled chicken, grilled meatball is just okay for me.And their rice is tender everytime. Love the consistency. Every meal is fullfiling, flavor-wise and size-wise.Totally recommended!

Enjoyed Lunch after church today at CAVA. It was delicious and I spoke to the manager about the wonderful staff. They were patient with my kids sensory issues with not mixing the food together and made us feel great as they were busy in the restaurant and taking more time to order in line. The staff said they were great and one member embraced us because she is also a part of the neurodivergent community. This mama is happy to support businesses that accept that people are on a spectrum and that we are different but belong. It's nice to go out to eat and feel at home. The kids gave the restaurant a score of Infinity ?. Can't wait to go back.
First time eating here. Definitely worth checking out! It's a next door neighbor to Chipotle. You can creat anything on the menu! I ended up getting a crispy ? falafel... I ended up getting the pita with Tzatziki sauce. It's huge. Lol There will be some for the day after. Lol Unless you are a garbage disposal. I absolutely love CAVA. Very fulfilling. A whole lot of flavor mixed with a bunch of healthiness! Team members are quick and don't have you waiting all day while they create your bowl. My only complaint is that sometimes my lentils are crunchy and sometimes they're smooth. I'd like some consistency.
Staff was very nice, but quality of food wasn't as good as I had hoped. They were very careful to give exact portions and no more, so your bowl will be a bit on the half-full side. It's never a good sign when a restaurant review starts out acknowledging the staff and not the food.
First time visiting and loved the food. Had to bring it home. So much left over & the two employees that were working on 1/13 @ lunchtime were AMAZING!!
LOVE the concept and the food. I order ahead and my order is always wrong in some way (usually something missing.) It’s disappointing but I keep coming back because it’s so good.
Food is quite good and pretty different than you’ll find elsewhere. But every time I order online, it's out 10 minutes late and it would have been faster to just stand in line. And if you order the side pita, check your bag before you go.
