Dinner, food and service at bar and our table with Queen and Corrine were wonder!Unfortunately, the table close to us ,had a young family with about 6-7 children,.One of their toddlers was continuously shrieking at the top of his lungs .We even had to dodge children to get to our booth. The child was being a toddler but not restaurant friendly. We had not seen management address the table this whole event. It was not a one time outburst but continuous shrieking for our hour long dinner. Not once did the parents take the child outside the restaurant to address the disruption. Our server and other staff were frustrated and expressed how the manager was aware of the issue and appeared to take NO action to control the situation.I was encouraged to respond to the parents because management would not.Not to mention the incredible mess the children left for the staff to do extra clean up after the family left.I am a mother of three and was a server for several years and understand what it is like not having management back their staff.I am sure there is a way of educating management on how to deal with parents of extremely disruptive children. It’s a shame the staff appeared to be pleading withme to take action because the management was not.I was temporary directed it an assistant manager to share my complaint before the main manager joined in. My husband, a retired military officer, commented to the assistant manager , that the food was great, but the dinning experienc was horrendous .Corporate…Please train your staff on to how to address disruptive customers …. including parents who don't control their children. So the staff is not left with making excuses and apologizing for lack of action from management .Stand up and support your employees with empowered managers.

ótima comida e excelente atendimento.

TL; DR I will stick to delivery from this place. The dine in experience has been atrociousGreeted in a timely fashion, Sat in a booth. All good. Took a little bit too long to take our initial drink orders, and when we finally got our server she was very rude and short. After taking our drink orders she comes back over within a minute and asks if we’re ready. When we ask for a kids menu. She says they don’t have one. “I’ll be back” and goes into the kitchen for 10 minutes. We were ready the entire time. She finally comes back to order, and the first thing we ask for is tomato soup for my 5 yo. They’re out. Of Tomato soup. My 5 yo was crushed because she was really wanting some. My wife and I both ordered the pizza/ soup or salad. Mine was over cooked and overdone with barbecue sauce, and the Caesar salad had a couple drops of dressing on the top and wasn’t tossed at all. All in all, we regret stopping here for lunch. Never again.

Went for our daughter’s 19th birthday. Party of 5. Saturday (today). Arrived around 6:30PM (We live 7 minutes away - just got home 9:10PM). We weren’t certain if we’d find a line up/wait. Good sign ahead of time was that there was parking. We went in. No line. Hostess seemed a touch aggravated for some reason. Let out an audible sigh when we said 5. Not sure what that was all about? But, whatever. Not going to nitpick it to death like some reviewers like to do. The problem this evening was getting our order took way too long. Apps and entrees wound up coming out at the same time. Only got one of the two apps we ordered. At least 45 minutes from order to getting our food. In a not made-to-order chain restaurant, not a good system. What I noticed as a former restaurant manager, and owner was, not even remotely the fault of the server. In fact he seemed embarrassed. What I did notice though (open kitchen and service area) managers not expediting. Mangers sort of just milling around, for a lack of better terms. If the kitchen is backed up, even during a normal dinner rush, get your butt over there and help. Don’t leave your servers out to dry on the front line with diners who may be less than understanding about why they’re not getting their food for 45+ minutes in a restaurant with no line. Or like in our case, that, then not even getting the whole order right.Food was good. Bad front and back of house management. Because that was definitely the cause of our less than great experience.Likely won’t go back.

Let me just start off by saying that this was by far the worst dining experience for my wife and I for 2022 so far.First of all, allow me to say that CPK is a sentimental place for my wife and I because I actually proposed to her at the location that I am writing about. With that being said, over the last few visits, I have noticed that the level of serve has declined since our proposal 5 years ago but we continued to go there. Yesterday was just too much to deal with. The server John was obviously irritated by his work which as a result played a role in our bad dining experience. When I tell you in a short period of time, nothing went right, from the moment we sat down, there was a more than normal delay in our server coming to take our drink orders needless to say that he got both of them wrong, after we asked for bread, he brought old/stale bread that was very hard and not really warm. This went bad to worse when I encountered Michael Gerald Turner which was the Manager on duty. how do I know his middle name you might ask, that how he gave it to me a second time when I asked and told him that I was planning on contacting the corporate office. Michael was very standoffish, especially for being a manager. He did absolutely nothing to help our situation other that try to speak down to your customers and rudely loud. After seeing that there was no leadership in the restaurant, my wife and I decided to leave.Poor representation of your company! I see businesses going out of business all over the world since the pandemic. Poor service and bad reviews does not encourage consumers to help you survive.I was thoroughly disappointed our experience.

Excellent food but they are still working out the service. We had dinner tonight with friends after a movie and this is one of their favorite chains. This location has struggled greatly with staffing through the pandemic and we thought that was mostly solved but it isn’t. Our server was super nice but she was new and completely overwhelmed by the number of tables. The food was really good and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. We eventually ran out of drinks and it took forever to get refills. Our checks weren’t split and that took another 10 minutes to get that sorted. It wasn’t a terrible experience and I hope they get the service sorted.

This place is still hoping. Good consistent food. They change their menu often. I had the zucchini pasta with shrimp and it was filling. Only 6 shrimp and lots of zucchini but healthier that way. Not a huge wine selection. Bread is still the same and was warm. They serve with olive oil now but you can also request butter. Butter cake is warm and yum. Salads are all good and large.

This is the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Even though the restaurant was far from full, my friends and I waited way too long for service. The waitress often forgot our orders or brought the wrong item. It took us a good 45 minutes to get our food even though most of us had just ordered salads. Will not be coming back.

The food wasn't bad. But they burned out my pizza, so I have to wait a little more while they made another one. The waiter forgot my drink, and isn't a big deal, but the place wasn't really crowed so she shouldn't forget it.

It didn't start out good. Unfortunately it never got better. The initial impression of the restaurant is enough to convince you to stay and the name of the restaurant is enough to entice you to order, well the pizza of course! Our waitress with all due respect was elderly and should have been put out to pasture. Not necessarily because of her age as people in their latter years are still capable and if nothing else can try to make your visit a pleasant one. While this particular server was capable, her demeanor left a lot to be desired. She was neither pleasant nor patient. Then the food arrived and suffice to say it was the worst pizza I have ever had in 32 years of living in America. The BBQ chicken pizza was inedible and the pepperoni pizza wasn't much better. This was hands down one of the most disappointing lunches I can remember in a long time. Never again!
