Just go here and have dessert. It is fabulous for coffee and dessert. The cannoli was amazing! I keep thinking about it even now!
Every Monday I meet up with my best girl friend tograb some Anticos pizza! Our favorite part is heading over to the cafe to grab some delicious desserts after enjoying our favorite pizza! Tonight we shared some vanilla chocolate chip gelato, an iced latte and chocolate chip cannoli (literally the best filling we’ve ever had!) not to mention the staff being so on top of their game! Daisy gave us information on the gelato & quickly prepared the food for us! I noticed the cafe can be a one person job at times, so as she covers all the stations I made sure to express my gratitude! These are some hard working staff members! Definitely a 5/5 for experience and food!
Absolutely incredible experience & service in the Gelato Shop and pizza shop. The gelato shop gets very busy at times, so the girl behind the counter must be stressed, but she handled it beautifully & we very helpful and kind to us. I’ve been here many times (more than 50) and I get the same amazing service, the consistency is something I can always count on with Anticos! I will be back & you should definitely go too!

The Ice cream and the coffee is the best of Alpharetta, but the attention of the staff, at least, on Sunday afternoon is terrible.
I come here at least minimum once a week to have the Nutella gelato it is the best ice cream I’ve ever tried in my whole life and the service with it is always spectacular it is perfect for a hot summer day to come talk to my friends who I actually consider family At Anticos. I come consistently for the coffee that is always made perfect and the pizza it’s the perfect place to bring family friends or even a date thank you guys so much for the quality experience every time will return til the day I die.
Do not get coffee here. You might as well order plain milk. You have to ask for 2 or more extra shots and will be charged extra for that and still end up with a half decent cup of coffee at best

Great food and good espressos. Said here that they opened at 10, but when we got there, it wasn't open til 11. Otherwise, great place!
