The fries were fresh and the burgers were good. I would definitely recommend this place. And they are hiring if anybody needs a job.
Absolutely waste of time. Rude and ignorant staff. Ordered for drive thru pickup and asked me to pick up from inside. This is the only Burger King that does not handover mobile order on drive thru. Pls be careful
We ordered two meals through the drive thru. When we got to the window we wanted to add one cheeseburger to our order before we paid. The young man at the window said he could not add anything or take additional orders at the window. I could understand if we wanted to place a large, additional order, but it was just one burger. This franchise is missing out on additional revenue if that is their store policy.
This burger location is the worst out of any burger l hav been at . The most ghetto costumer representatives works there . Staff are rude . And specially the one who claim herself store manager was the worst. l had everything recorded . I was at the drive tru today when she was taking my order . She was so disrespectful , yelling at us .she wasn't giving us no time at all to think about what we want .l even ask her to take it easier with me to figure out what l want but all she keep saying is what kind of drink what kind of sauce and wouldn't let me talk at all.so l decided to just walk in the store and talk to the manager and it happened she was the manager " unbelievable " .so l ask her why she was yelling at me and wouldn't give me a minute to order , she kept yelling saying she done talking and she not even willing to take my order neither in the store , that by the Alpharetta PD ,she can decline to take any order from anyone she dont like . .so l decided to take my money to the nearest Chick-fil-A where they understand the value of your money and your time . But never l will go back there again.
I ordered 2 double cheese burgers for $2.49 each and had a coupon for a Free drink. I was charged over $10. When I tired to explain there is no way it cost $10. I was told that the coupon code I gave was for a buy one get one free whopper. Since I paid with a gift card they told me there was NOT a way to put money back on the card and that they could NOT give me a cash refund. So now I have 4 burgers and no drink for lunch with 10+ people behind me waiting. Could have been corrected easily but Manager did NOTHING.I guess they never learned the #1 rule in customer service.Rule #1 The customer is ALWAYS right.Rule #2 If the customer is wrong refer to rule #1.Will NEVER be back to this franchise store.
This place has slow-paced service and has employees with negative attitudes. A lot of the employees appear as if they are angry to work there. The Manager in the hours of 4:00 p.m. on, appears to be afraid to address some of the employees who speak in a condescending manner to customers, in which I observerd.
Just poor service all the way around. Very rude and under staffed. They will tell you they are closed because there is only one person in the store. Which is ridiculous! Also the women here are just frumpy, undesirable, and rude. It’s clear why they work in fast food and I hope whoever is the manager they take better of this location. I know it’s fast food but dang it’s sad the service isn’t worth the prices.
Very BAD!!!! Several employees present ignoring customers at Speaker / Window - totally unacceptable!!! You keep employees like this you'll going to lose thousands in revenue!!!! Good luck - ONE of the worst Burger King's in the USA!!!! SMH
Avoid this place. I had the worst service ever at a fast food here. It took 20 mins to get an order that was wrong, and the fries were only half filled. We complained to the manager she didn’t apologize. Then the order was wrong a second time. When we went back a third time the manager yelled at us, wouldn’t listen, and slammed the door in our face and locked it.
Ended up getting half of what we ordered. Tried calling , noone answered. Be careful if you go there they don't really seem to care. Must be some real great employees
