Absolutely disgusting. Wings were old, dry and tuff as leather. You’d think for a wing joint they would be good at them. Sat at the bar, luckily I wasn’t in a rush as it took them 20 mins to acknowledge my existence. Three other groups sat down around me, they all left.
Took forever, theres no one here, food was cold, my girlfriends quesadilla took 25 minutes after my refried cold boneless wings came out. My beer took 10 minutes, mind you there are 7 customers here. Was told there's one cook and that is why.i have been watching us and the people at the bar are the only ones with food. I run restaurants, I'm going to have to assume somebody was smoking a blunt out back or getting drunk. I will never be back.
Hi. Our visit was horrific and I am requesting a refund. We waited an hour to get our food. We ordered fountain drinks. Two of the drinks were out. We then asked for a strawberry lemonade that never came until we were leaving due to poor service. I never received a refill on the Sierra mist I ordered. We asked to be served appetizers first. They were so delayed they came out with our food. The restaurant wasn't crowded but we had to continually try to get our waitress attention. There were tables with trash. We finally requested to have our food to go and even that took forever. We couldn't even eat it then because while we were sitting waiting, A ROACH was crawling near our table which is what made us leave in addition to the service. We have not been able to reach the store
We just stopped in to have a bloody mary. the drink tasted like it was just the mix. also had no garnishing. I had to ask for olives and celery. we asked for a shot because of how weak it was. we were charged 5.95 per shot. one last thing, we asked for hot sauce because it wasn't spicy..... we got a ramekin of wing hot sauce.
This place is horrible!! Management is nonexistent…servers have no knowledge of what’s on the menu.Came in and there was a wait…20 min…sure no big deal. Finally get all seated only to be told there are only 2 cooks so the food is taking a while to come out. I wish someone would have told me 30 min ago when I put my name down for a table.Service is poor…we waited 15 min to see a server. Our drinks took another 10 min. Sitting her and our beverages are literally empty and have been. We are starving, thirty….watching servers with absolutely no sense of urgency.Don’t come here! The entire staff needs training, any level of management would be nice…service is beyond lacking.
service was horrible. we came in for lunch and were ignored at the door for 5 minutes before someone got up and sat us. there were 3 employees sitting at laptops with dirty tables all over the place. we were there for about an hour and when we left they still hadn’t bussed any of the tables. we ended up just seating ourselves on the bar side and got “taken care of” by the very unenthusiastic bartender. extremely lackluster service, never really came by to check on us or ask if we needed anything. we definitely won’t be coming back here again. it’s sad because the food was pretty decent.
Update: The response from owner did not address the issue. I submitted the form from the reply as requested 3 weeks ago, and I still have not been contacted. I called the restaurant and the manager said he would issue a refund. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done.Wrong order -- wait time was 25 minutes past what the app said.There were 10 people waiting in takeout section of store, and there was no one there. I tried calling to correct the order, but no one is answering.I will request a chargeback on my VISA and never coming here again.
I really had a great experience here. It is an amazing place to congregate as adults. I went with a parent and it is a great place to congregate with an elder, or someone of a mature and laid back personality. This is a place I recommend dining in with your male associates. It just hits differently when you enjoy the wings and past time with a close guy friend here. Although I've only been once it seems like a place you would spend some time with your male friends. I do not drink so I did not experience the bar. This is not a place where your eyes will drift to the female audience as the attention is heavily on the sports and food. This is an amazing social atmosphere. I went during day light and I appreciated the environment. I have only been to one other Buffalo Wild Wings location to dine in so the difference in audience and how people handle themselves maturely and how laid back things were was amazing. I definitely recommend this place. The food is good. I really love the flavoring of the wings and the size of them is great. You will enjoy your time and it will be a good experience trying the variety/flavor of wings! Don't forgot a dipping sauce ❤️
I ordered Buffalo wings and received lemon pepper instead. Since I like lemon pepper, I decided to be a good sport and just eat them. Upon my attempt to bite one, I noticed a gigantic deep-fried feather sticking out. Again, "no big deal," thought I. "I'll just pluck it out and commence my attempt at devouring the fleshy fowl's wing before mine eyes." Lo and behold, another feather. In fact, there were about a dozen or so more feathers mingling about the peppery citric seasonings that so gracefully discarded themselves from the rest of the batch lining the bottom of the tray.I returned my order to my gracious host. She apologized and quickly returned with the Buffalo wings I initially requested. This time, I had smaller deep-fried feathers and overcooked wings. The Buffalo wings weren't wet like I am accustomed to getting. Instead, there was a dry Lawry's-looking seasoning sprinkled atop that was flavorful but not spicy."What in Great Ceasar's ghost is going on with these wings today?" "Doth not a hard laboring man such as myself deserve to fancy himself with the symbols of freedom used by the fowls to soar the winds of liberty?" thought I most perplexingly. Then I thanked the wing gods who placed the unlocked meaning of these omens upon mine heart. "At least I know the chickens were real," chuckled I as I drove home with a mouthful of deliciously overcooked feathers.
Meh. Appetizer was cold. There was something floating in the sprite. Nashville Hot wings were flavorful. Lukewarm temperature on arrival. I expected better overall.
