First time I go here. The service was great!
The young cashier seemed new and VERY nervous and unsure, so I don’t blame him too much. But he did cheat me out of a scoop of ice cream. I purchased two scoop waffle bowl , but I “barely” received one scoop. Barely! I was about to complain when my son brought it to me. But the line suddenly got really long, so I didn’t want to hold things up for the 12 or 15 others. And what’s worse is that there were 4 others in the store that did NOTHING to assist the new guy nor us customers. Even peeking in the window saying yoo hoo didn’t get them to help me. I’m really disappointed and think that I’m owed a full scoop of “New York Cheesecake” ice cream. Normally this location is really good. Just an off day I suppose.
