Pork chop, salmon and southern salad a huge hit at our table!
Visiting from Charlotte- this place is outstanding! Will return for sure on next trip.
As with most restaurants these days, most of the shortfalls of our dinner (4 patrons) were due to inattentive/inexperienced staff - order wasn't taken accurately, very little circling back to check in on our table for follow up needs (which there were several). Food was OK, not great. Would NOT recommend this restaurant for vegetarians - options are quite limited.
Excellent service. Wait staff was very knowledgeable and all orders, including appetizers and bar selections were great.
First timers. Liked the menu. Food was fresh & hot. Our server was the best of everything. Very attentive, came to check, didn't when it was apparent we didn't need to be checked on
The pork chop and salmon were very well cooked and tasty. However, the cook ignored our request to leave out all bell peppers out of the salmon dish. My wife is very allergic to peppers and the request was clearly noted by our waitress to the cook.
Great fresh food and Vicky was a great server. Eat there anytime I'm at Avalon
