Our experience was nothing short of amazing! My friend and I took our daughters here for lunch and everything was great. From the service to the food to the drinks! Our server George was super pleasant and efficient and the manager Renee was very nice and attentive! The chef E âUncle Eâ was the bomb!! Our food was so tasteful!! Honestly never been to Benihana and not had to ask for EXTRA GARLIC BUTTER until today! The food was bomb! The drinks were super good and strong! And Casey cleared our table efficiently for all courses! Overall, weâre going back! Ask for the names above for the great experience!
Inconsiderate of peoplesâ time. Reservations for 8:15. Did not get seated until almost 11. No one communicated during the time to apologize or anything. You can tell the manager didnât care. Serving staff and cook was very nice

Took too long to be seated with a reservation. Manager wasnt helpful at all. Very rude
My reservation was for 7:30 PM. I was not seated until 9 PM and then the chef did not perform his duties until 10 PM this was the worst date experience at a restaurant
Try to use my birthday certificate each year, but donât live near a Benihana anymore. This location had reviews about delays in seating, thought an early dinner time on a Monday would be better, but no. Was early and not seated until 20 minutes after reservation, not sure weâll bother next year. Food was ok, chateaubriand not worth it over filet. Steamed rice not provided, server had disappeared so couldnât get it until I was done with my entree and limited vegetables.
I was seated 1 hr after my reservation start time at 1PM. I didnât leave until 3:30PM just after my last item of lunch was prepared.
Weâve never been before and weâre excited to try it for a birthday celebration. We had a 6pm reservation and showed up 5 min early. We were not seated until 6:30 despite having a table of 8 (so didnât need to wait on another group). Our chef didnât come out until an hour after that.. so needless to say it was a struggle with 3 young kids. Food was good and the chef was personable.. but thatâs about it.
