Literally the SLOWEST drive threw I've ever visited. 25min in line with 3 cars in front of me. Ridiculous. Food was cold and soggy by the time I actually received it
If you want quality food, go somewhere else. As with most fast food places these days, the quality and service is mediocre at best and everything is way over priced. Very unfortunate as it used to be delicious
I stop it several fast food restaurants on my way home to buy a shake. Half the time I hear our shake machine is broken. I have never had that problem with Arby's
Food was good, service a bit slow for dine in but good food
Front counter staff was pleasant and efficient. Store was clean and food was done in a fair amount of time and well prepared

Went to the drive thru and was told to come inside because the screen was broken and they couldn't take my order. Which was a lie because several cars went through just fine after me.I waited inside for 20 minutes for my food. My sandwich and nuggets were cold by the time I finally got them. Kid tried to give me old fries in my kids meal but forgot to give me fries for my meal so I said give me fresh for both. He tried to tell me the fries he gave me were fresh but I had stood there for 20 mins and they were already in the fry bin when I came in so... ?
Arby's in general is a favorite of mine. BUT..this specific Arby's is consistently exceeding my expectations I visit to grab something from the inside counter.I've never been immediately greeted walking in, nor have I EVER been told, " Sir, thank you for visiting Arby's this evening. We sincerely appreciate your business & look FWD to seeing you again soon "This was a H*ly S*it Moment that I was hearing this from a school age kid at Arby's.Needless to say.....that was impressive & d*mn classy. Of course I'm coming back. I'm waiting patiently for the orange cremesickle flavor to come back. Best shake I've ever had. Little Goose or Tito's in it..gold!
Last time was generally okay. As with any fast food operation, the customer experience is hit or miss depending on who's working there at any given time.
