OMG the food was so great. This is my favorite restaurant in Albany Georgia.
The WORST customer service. Was put on hold for 25 minutes then hung up on. While on hold I was hearing them take other orders and even heard them tell my husband who I had to send up there to actually place my order, that they were too busy to stop. If you can't come back to the phone don't answer it!!! DO NOT GO HERE
My wings are always cooked to perfection!!! The fries are always hot! I have never had a bad experience. Everytime I'm in Albany, this is a stop I must make. I only order the number one meal so I can't tell you about the other foods, but the wings again are amazing!
On behalf of myself I Shakeithia apologize for any negative comment anyone wrote n used my last night but I will say I have work at this place g or at least 6 months n have had great experience food always been great ate on my lunch break everyday and still d I now so I highly recommend everyone to choose wing Dixie &deli as ur choose for lunch a snack dinner watever u choose I highly recommend n again sorry on my behalf again for the negative comment someone wrote no Ms Lawanna is not wat ppl say she is she has always been my motivation she pushed me everyday she just a hard worker that takes her business serious
The customer service is si bad the wait is so long they need to hiring more people and lawsnna had good workers she be rude to them girls I watched her show out one of her workers that's was fixing a salad and that girl walked out crying she was a good worker she was at both locations
Wings were red, I was eating them to the bone all I see is red. The fries was alright but they didn’t have any dipping sauce, they just sprinkled my sauce on the fries. Ik I messed up when they told me it was gonna take 5 minutes to make ??♂️. 2/10
Wings are 2 small and not that many flavors. But are delicious

Worst customer service in Georgia. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THAT PLACE!!!
If i had to sum it up into one word it'd be trash. Based of the mere fact you guys dont answer the phone and leave people on hold as if you are coming back is unprofessional. Last thing for the manager you should invest in better employees and if you're advocating this type of service the whole staff needs to be fired. Lazy mfs.
