Customer service is improving, my order had salted fries when I had requested no salt on fries.
Ok so the good thing is there was little to no wait time at the drive thru. The bad news is we have gone 3 different times at different times of day and the new burger is never available. Plus they obviously have a hearing problem because they basically gave us what they wanted us to have and not what we ordered.
I went here a couple days ago while out of town, and the people were nice. I placed a large order with 10 burgers, 8 Frosty's, and a lot more stuff and they got my entire order with no problems. I also didn't wait long either!!
The food was fresh and hot upon my request. I love the service they are very pleasant and professional Whenever there was a problem with my food the issue was handled and corrected quickly
I rarely eat here because it always costs $30 for 2 people to eat here but the food is always fresh and the staff is friendly.

Biggest roach I've ever seen on the wall. Watered down Coke. Fries so stale you have to tear them with your teeth. Chicken so tough they bounce when you throw them. And for this you get to pay ten bucks.Forget this place. It's disgusting. The food you get will be entirely inedible.
The manager attitude was very rude. Her demeanor was as if she didn't want to be at work. It was a no for me.
Locations was clean, order was made in a timely manner staff had smiles and were making the best out of their workday
