Best Wendy's experience I've ever had and it's because of Jaketa. I've spent a good amount of time in restaurant management and if I was still in the industry I would steal her! Extremely friendly and insured everything was excellent! Wish I lived in the area so I could return.
Me and hubby have decided that the wendy's in moultrie is by far our favorite - it's okay to wait in line in drivethru a few minutes as we know that our food will always be done perfectly!Burgers are moist & juicy as well as well dressed, the fries are always piping hot (unlike other places), the strawberry chicken salad is my personal new favorite while it lasts w plump juicy berries on a bed of mixed greens with grilled chicken & both grated and shaved parmesan w dressing. The window help is very polite & courteous regardless of how busy they are.. I appreciate this and would give this store 9.89 of 10...

I was at the mic to order and waited 10mins before I could get my order. The the young Lady voice wasn’t pleasant. Drove to the first window to pay the cashier stated the lady who took your order didn’t want to take my order. I politely smiled drove to next window I saw the young lady looking guilty. But however I was greeted with a smile by the manager which made me forget about the 10min wait. It started out bad but ended great.
Cashier was super nice and service was excellent. Good was hot freshly made and took no time at all.
Wendy's sandwich wasn't the best. The chicken sandwich was dry and hard. It didn't have tomatoes on it. The fries was close to cold. I will never go back.
Discussing. Your employee of Wendy’s who was bragging on tampering with the food.She said she spits in sprite and puts period blood on extra ketchup orders. I feel like throwing up because my brothers literally ordered from Uber eats all the time . I’m worried about the heath and experience of your customers.
I visited this location yesterday. I ordered my normal Double with No Cheese, Large Fry & Large Sweet Tea. When I arrived at the window to pay I asked the cashier if the ? we're hot? She immediately said we can drop you some fresh fries, just pull to the side and we will bring out your order. This entire process took approximately 5 minutes. When my food arrived everything was fresh and hot and the sweat tea was sweet. Great customer at this Wendy location yesterday.
The hamburger was awesome as we did order the biggie bag. The fries were awesome however the chicken tenders were a little tough hard to eat. The drinks were not marked but we quickly figured out what they were not too great about the plastic cups. The customer service was friendly. Drive through was with a little slow but otherwise okay.
Worst Wendy's ever! I do not recommend anybody go here! Girl at the register acted like she didn't want to work, super rude and lazy. Food did not come as ordered and had to ask for additional cups with meals. The floors were slippery and greasy and Food quality was terrible. I honestly hope this place closes down.
