Very polite and courteous service. Staff makes you feel like Family. A pleasure to visit and eat there.
5 stars to the cook! He woke the waiter up TWICE and he didn't take my order so he did. Can't beat Waffle House waffle and bacon ?. To the cook you are DA MAN? to the waiter I understand you are tired possibly exhausted or have medical issues BUT when you have a customer and customers coming in get up come on ni?
Server on duty was very rude. My order was wrong. We had to wait 10 minutes before we could order and another 10 before we couls receive our drinks. This server was also rude to her co workers. To the guys they were great in helping her get what needs to be done.so my kudos goes to them.
My experience was horrible, went in for Sunday breakfast sent meat back to re do however I never got it back, the server brings my check and didn’t acknowledge it, employees arguing about the proper way to call an order ? They don’t need this staff on Busy mornings for sure.
This place was a total train wreck. The service was horrendous and the cleanliness was deplorable to put it mildly. The waitress didn't even bring us our food. It was the cook. She didn't even check on us or bring us refills. It was on of the worst experiences we have had at a restaurant. Don't go there.
Always good food, friendly and attentive staff. A very enjoyable experience.
The manager was well equipped with knowledge of the store. My grandmother was well pleased with her food.

Went to this location last Sunday with 8 employees all standing around talking to each other on staff and every table was filled with dishes and not a single customer in the joint.Today we came in same time, same location and all 8 employees standing around fighting and arguing with every single surface covered in nasty syrup and sticky, my glass of water had floating brown substances in it. They got mine and my daughters waffles wrong and we were there for almost an hour and my daughter never got her chocolate chip waffle before we had to leave and go to McDonald's next store. Will NEVER come back. They really need a manager on shift because that was the most shameful lack of work ethic I've ever seen in my life.By the way there were 8 waffle makers at this location so I am terribly confused as to why a replacement waffle couldn't be provided within 10 minutes when I can make one at home in 3 minutes.
