Cook did a great job on both my orders the waitress was wonderful the establishment was well cleaned I love the East Albany Waffle House .
Food was excellent first time I ate at waffle house that food was delicious. Nice waitress.
What can I say but....Umm Ummm very good! There's no better place to satisfy those wee hour hunger pains!Fast,friendly and another one of my favorites ?
Only open restaurant on east side. So I stopped in for a meal. Tge meal was good. The staff needs major training on appropriate conversations when customers are present. They provide way to much information.
Christy was the nicest and the most polite server I've had at a waffle house, The cook English had a bit of a messy kitchen but was a great cook. Thank you guys so much.
I went up there today a little after 12 pm ordered Texas BLT, waffle, and hash browns with onions, ham, and jalapeños. Normally I wouldn’t care that places forgot something but today I called reported the missing item said they will make a new one. I get up there and they just accuse me of lying. Well I’m just getting home after picking up the hash browns. The pic I am including hasn’t been untouched just taken out the bag before I left to get the hash browns. After how I was treated I will never go to this Waffle House again. So if you see hash browns in this pic I will apologize. But there is none!!!
Update:The manager went above and beyond to make things right. We went back this morning and everything was perfect. The waitress was amazing. She was so sweet. The food was perfect. I couldn't have made it any better even if I made it myself. This is the waffle house experience I'm used to having. Very happy customer.Worst waffle house experience ever. My husband and I were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived. First they added cheese to my husband's eggs, which he never asked for, then over cooked my eggs and undercooked my hash browns. Then after about 10 mins my waffle comes over and it was peanut butter instead of pecan like I ordered. Finally I received my pecan waffle but it was doughie and I couldn't stomach it. Just as we were getting ready to leave she brought us our toast that was supposed to come with the meal. I spent $25.00 on a meal we couldn't eat.
Server was awesome. Food was good only issue was eggs we're over well ordered over medium. But they got the hashbrowns right, noone ever does.
Food was great...I dined in on Friday loved my waitress she was on top of her job. Thanks so much!!!
I would've gave a 5 star but the cooks was talking over the food as they prepared and I can't stand people talking over my food that's why lots of people think hard about eating out it's like you're taking a chance because that type of thing is nasty especially with all of this Corona out here plus they didn't even step back away from the food when they talk they hovered over the food talking like they where cooking only for themselves one even wiping his hands and plastic glove on his pants and no mask.
