Best Waffle House experience ever. Clean restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food was quickly delivered and great. We'll, as great as WH can be. Our server, William, was the absolute best. Great young man! Thank you.
Manager left me on hold for 10 min never came back to the phone. Got in placed my order 25 min in asked for an update they hadn't even start cooking yet. Stay away from EAST Albany Waffle house. Called Lee County same order was perfect and ready in less than 5 min

Only because I had to Give a star.. The employees were arguing and took forebear to get threrthings..waffle,eggs and toast.. Smh!! Not OK !!!
The grill op had on no hairnet/hat. The server was new & confused. The smell inside the restaurant was horrible. I left

I was highly upset because I ordered a medium rare t-bone steak and it was cooked way too long and my children bacon wasn't cooked long enough!
