Service was good. As the place got busier the server did his best to keep up and did a good job. He kept a frequent check on our table. The food was good. I had combo #8 with shrimp, sausage, dungeness crab, corn and potatoes. It was almost too much food for one person. My wife had chicken fingers and fries. Her meal was $11 but looked more like a kid's ⁸⁸őmeal with just a handful of fries and four small nuggets (not fingers....nuggets). My daughter had chicken fingers and onion rings and she had more than she could eat. Looked like someone in the kitchen wasnt paying much attention to portion size. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Tables were not crowded into or around one another. The men's restroom was clean also.Only two things I didnt care for. First, the bar is right inside the main entrance. No way to get to the dining room without walking past the bar. Second, the music wasn't as loud when we arrived but later someone turned it up a lot and it was overbearing by the time we left.
Very bad experience, my sister had a reservation for her son’s graduation this weekend, and there was a mix up with corporate in Atlanta and the restaurant, not her fault but the company’s oversight. No accountability from the Manager. No customer service. And no apology, as a matter of fact the General Manager stated she only apologizes when promoted. This was my first and last visit to your establishment.
Horrible. Waitress was obviously high as hell either On opioids or weed. Felt the need to tell us she was “ bi polar “ which made me and my bf incredibly uncomfortable then was complaining that we were gonna make her lose weight , I guess by doing her job she signed up for. Refused to bring us to go plates , rude about me asking for cocktail sauce , just ridiculous. No. Will not be coming back. This was supposed to. Be a date. Costed 100 dollars for horrible service.
They took my money for items they KNEW they did not have and then REFUSED to issue a refund. I was called a b*tch because I asked for MY money back. I will NEVER go to any other Juicy Crab and will be pressing charges for FRAUD with my bank.
Server Theresa was good but the food was horrible Worst crab legs ever
***ONLY GOOD THING WAS OUR WAITRESS*** so Donna and her friend went and had lunch at a local restaurant The Juicy Crab 2 weeks ago. TAB WITH TIP $92 AS YOU CAN SEE THE PICTURE ABOVE WE GOT 1 NEW BABY POTATOE, 1 KING CLAW, 1 CORN ON THE COB. WE SAT DOWN AT 12:45 AND WALKED OUT AT 3:30. NEVER AGAIN. ILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE MINE FROM PUBLIX'S ???♀️
I have been here twice, and both times, I've had the pleasure of having Cheyenne, "The Best" server. She is so friendly, and nice, and a great asset to your restaurant. Outside of your good food, she'll be the reason I will visit again, so please treat her right! Customers please tip her, because in her words "She got you"! She seems to love her job, and does it with ease, and no pressure, and a beautiful smile! By the way, the fried, breaded chicken wings are delicious, and served fresh out the grease. Just the way I like them. God bless!
My waitress was amazing. Kayla was so nice and generous she made us feel at home in your restaurant. She even recommended how we should order our food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time visiting and the Shrimp was nearly rubber from being over cooked and the fried catfish barely had any soft meat left from being fried too long. Will not be back. Not a fan.
It was fun and my first time eating at a Juicy Crab. It was nice. Met up with a childhood friend and we were able to shoot the breeze. The show put on by the carolers was very enjoyable.
