You know what erks me about these places. 9:50. They close the lobby. Then force everyone through the drive thru. Well not everyone’s vehicle fits through the DT. The chubby dude working the windows to busy chatting to recognize your headlights at the buildings corner because the canopy didn’t tell him to pay attention. Then they get mad when people throw food at people with a 60 IQ.
The young black lady that took our order didn’t appreciate me refusing to pull up because there was NO ONE BEHIND ME. I couldn’t eat my food because when the two guys standing by her who were leaving to make our food and she said “I got this one” and proceeded to do something that made my husband violently ill. Dawson Rd location. I didn’t touch my food because I knew why the order taker wanted to make our food and I wasn’t about to put her nasty concoction in my mouth. My husband didn’t believe that’s what she meant. Too bad he didn’t. This store needs an intervention. Jesus.

Very fast, very friendly. Was in and out of the drive thru in less than five minutes. Mind the driveway entrance though it is really rough.
5 stars for the service, so sweet and polite. Tacos on the other hand why are they always mushy and breaking on me??
Had a big order. They put everything in 1 bag without anything labeled. So I had to look through every taco to see what was on it.
First time back in a Taco Bell in 20 years.I was impressed by cleanliness of dining area, the drink dispenser and condiments areas, and customer service area.It was nice to sit down inside and enjoy a meal. Plus, no loud noise level within area.

Got my order totally wrong. I placed order online, so shouldn't have been a communication problem. Made complaint online still heard nothing from them.
Good food fast. Eric in the drive thru has excellent service. I've been to the location at various times throughout the week and I haven't had a bad experience yet
