This Subway location is like walking into a daycare with a completely immature staff. Asked for white bread was immediately told all they have is wheat bread and they started laughing about it. Seemed to be much more interested in their phones than customers. Put so much mayo on my sub it was unedible. Had to scrape as much off as I could. I won't be returning to this location.
When you order a bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich there should be more than just bacon on your sandwich. My error was in not watching to be sure it was done correctly.

I was excited about the drive thru but was quickly disappointed. After about 5 minutes, I was finally greeted to let me know it would be a moment. I waited for approximately 15 minutes with no other responce so I decided to go inside instead. Apparently, I missed the huge crowd because only two customers were at the counter :-/ . One of which walked inside just before me!NOTE: Avoid the drive thru if you want service.*
I wish I could give this horrible environment negative stars. I have never seen such blatant ignorance and lack of professionalism in an establishment such as this one. I’m horrified at the way that my mother was treated yesterday. Not only did this “employee” (I use that term loosely) lack basic customer service skills, she lacked basic human decency. My mother is not a “Karen” nor was she a difficult customer. This person was so mean for absolutely no reason. She went out of her way to be a mean person. You never know what someone’s going through and you never know what your words and actions can do to someone. I suggest this woman- my mom wasn’t able to catch her name due to her being completely thrown off at the woman’s nasty uncalled for attitude- find a new job. Whoever owns or manages this Subway- the woman who was working around 11-12 pm on April 9th (Saturday) is horrible for your business and I believe you’d be doing her and every customer that comes into contact with her a favor if you would terminate her, because she clearly hates her job. I’m really not the type to leave reviews or to complain but when my mom comes home in nearly in tears because of how she was treated by a Subway worker- yeah I’m definitely going to do something about it. Believe me when I tell you that I’m going to contact corporate- whatever I have to do to make sure this never ever happens to someone else’s mom- or anyone for that matter. I will be praying for this woman and anyone she comes into contact with.
So what kind of place during lunch hours doesn’t have bread??? Walked in to the employee sitting at the table immediately saying they don’t have any bread. Soooooo why are you open?

2nd worst Subway in the state of GA! The first one is on Slappy Blvd of Albany. Please seek new employment with professional work ethics, if not, the current and future employees will bring these locations to it's demise... Never plan on going back unless something significant changes ?
Store crowded 3 employees they dancing playing talking bout the club from the night before on top of that phones was out also made my food look and taste nasty dropped half of my topping didnt care to add it back no hair nets one of them looks to be manager her nails was long and pink could not even put my toppings on do to how long they are I will never visit this location again 12/27/2021 5:30pm
