Food is very fresh as always but horrible if not the worst customer service I've seen ever!! I can guarantee you that this location is not getting the business that it should because of the managers selective servitude.
Understaffed. Cashier was kind of snappy at first but in the end who wouldn’t be when you’re overworked and underpaid. She was handling in store and online orders. Wheeew
I ordered 3 subs and 2 wraps. One of the subs had onions and bell peppers on it and I didn’t ask for them so my son couldn’t eat it. My sandwich wasn’t cut and no mayonnaise on it. The two tuna wraps had so much salt on it they had to be thrown away!! I’ve had issues before at this location and I won’t be back. I wasted $40 on our food. I DON’T recommend this location.

This is the 2nd time I have order online and get to the store and it's not ready. Why offer online ordering if we can't get online service. Sandwich was suppose to be ready at 7:20, but I'm still here waiting at 7:45 with no sandwich.
Loved the customer service!! They have some great employees especially their new hire (marquis) he has a grest smile and greets you wit a happy tone and respect it was the best subway service i had. I made sure to leave a good tip.if you are in Albany, Ga amd want a sub i recommend this one.
