The service was great but this store was out of everything. No chips, no cookies, no bacon. No black olives and that's just what I could remember. Oh yeah the drink cooler was empty. Is this in all the stores in Albany or just in the black neighborhoods. Sad
Like any other Subway but they don't care about their customer's issues. If you have any problems with their app or online orders - oh well! They can't help you. The manager had no answer and she did not try to get an answer.Even when shown the receipt of the order, she did not try to help. No offer to contact anyone, no offer to make me a sandwich and no attempts to get to the bottom of the issue. She just sent me out the door. Needless to say, if you want a Subway product, it better not come with any issues or complaint because - they can't help you.
The manger Rosa was super nice ,she made sure my girls were happy with there order
