I assume Jessica is the manager but I had to think her for having such vibrant energy and speaking to everyone. I’m big on giving customer service so to see someone with the energy we have is truly rare. After she took my order and she was done she then started helping with making coffee for the customer again thank you Jessica you are truly appreciated
Very nice staff. They do the best they can. They got my drink wrong but it was OK. I have a very complicated drink. Most of the time they do get it right. So one time wrong is not too bad.
Starbucks has always been my favorite place for cool beverages. The employees here are so polite and courteous.
The reason this coffee shop didn't get 5 stars was not because of the staff, food or cleanliness. It was because of the service.There was a very long line around the drive-thru because they could not keep up with the volume of orders which caused a very long delay with people getting their food and drinks.

One of the worst customer services!! There was some miscommunication of lemon cake quantity in my order and I went back and they lady was yelling at me like “you said two lemon cakes. You said two! Do you want refund?” I mean just calm down and stop yelling and showing me attitude. If there a mistake on my part then you don’t have yell or be rude about it you can calling explain. Never seen such customer service at Starbucks!
I thought Starbucks had standard recipes, not this one. My oatmilk latte was more oatmilk than coffee and my daughter said her matcha frap tasted nothing like what she gets at other locations.

When I got my coffee, it was nothing like what I ordered; no whipped cream on no extra sweetening added to my carmel macchiato wasn't fixed correctly, and I was too far to return.
Sat at in the drive-thru for almost a hour just waiting for 2 cups of coffee. This is one Starbucks store that I will NOT be coming back to. 1 person is serving drinks for the entire store while the attendant in the drive thru just watches. So there's no cross-training???? Will never go back to this starbucks.
