San Jose food truck served at my daughter’s wedding last weekend. It was not at all what we discussed prior to her wedding. It was very disorganized. The food was supposed to be served to the wedding party separately away from the guest. The order was called in the morning of the wedding to make sure the ordered was correct. The entire wedding party had to stand in-line to put in their orders. Guest names were called twice as food plates were made twice. We ordered 120 margaritas they were not served but paid for. One of our guest had to pay $20 for two margaritas. I will say the food was delicious. I asked for the owner to be called but only happened later in the night. My daughter was then over charged. It was very disappointing and I’m sorry to say it’s a memory you can’t replace.
The food is awesome but when asked for a entree because you new to the menu I was giving the food food my mouth was tuned for it the lady who took my order continues to tell me that’s not what I ask for this the 2 time just apologize and correct the mistake
I keep finding myself coming back here because the food is so delicious! I love love love Mexican food ans this place is a gem! I get the burrito California ans it’s delicious
I love San Joe's! I was so angry today. I was on my lunch break and I ordered 3 shrimp tacos and asked for no cheese and mild sauce on the tacos. Well they didn't add it. I called and they said I can swing by and pick up the sauce. I wanted them to remake them and they said no. You fixed the order wrong. You inconvenience the customer who was already on lunch break. So if you don't care about the customer then you don't need my business. Plain and simple. There are several Mexican restaurants that will be more than happy to take my business. Thank you very much

After waiting 20 mins we got our drinks. After another 25 mins 2 chips and salsa later still no food. Someone comes over to give an explanation on our food. The order had not been put in system and the girl was overwhelmed with everything ??. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain. San Joe’s sorry you lost a regular customer. If you had been busy I could understand but was a slow day.
We ordered from Door Dash and had a little trouble..but Quita (Sorry I'm probably spelling the name wrong) from San Joe's To Go, was so awesome.... I just want her to know, how much I appreciated her.. She had excellent customer service, which is hard to find. Thank you so much ❤ God bless you
Ordering was fast and easy. The cashier was nice and courtesy. The food is fresh and delicious. I love going to Joe's on the Go ( San Joe's)
First time there and they got it right. Food was spectacular. They even have the California burrito on the menu. Perfect.
My husband and I have been coming here for years. We’ve made a lot of great memories, sitting outside under the lights at 1am with our friends and family, eating amazing food. Even though the truck’s hours have changed, the great service and the amazing food have stayed the same! We’ve tried all of the tacos and burritos, they never disappoint. Everything’s always fresh and well-cooked. This is also my favorite spot in town to get chips and salsa. I hope y’all stay open forever! ?
